ONLY obstruction of business? He was DRUNK in a CAR! Does that not get you arrested for drunk driving (you and keys in car is enough in most of the world!)? Also, I'm wondering about the timeline here. Did the employees wait almost 2 hours before calling the cops or did they call right away and it took 2 hours for the cops to get there? In either case I agree with Juan, in the states the driver of the car behind him would have gotten pissed and yanked the a$$hole out of his car, beat the crap out of him, and moved his car WAY out of the way!
Usually these guys are identified as a company employee, school teacher, senior police office etc. Why no mention this time?

I'm still trying to see how this verbal observation could be taken as insulting or inappropriate. How is making a comment based on a personal observation wrong? The opposition clowns are just clinging to every little thing they can find to dicredit anyone and everyone so they can get back to power. Pretty soon politicians will all walk around in silence and speak only behind closed doors.

The airlines reason for the nose-dive sounds like complete bull$hit! I'm sure the passengers enjoyed the terrifying ride and would love a true explanation (I'd expect compensation and dry cleaning for the crap I'd have taken in my pants!)

The only difference is that in Japan the politicians will soon declare the area safe and allow residents to return, citing their catch-phrase "there is no immediate danger to your health". People will return (since they follow every word of their idiotic government like lemmings off a cliff) and in 20 or 30 years cancer will be rampant!
