Democrats aren't voting on health care reform - - they are voting to trash the US Constitution. There will be revolt across America.

AP reporting: " BOISE, Idaho — Idaho took the lead in a growing, nationwide fight against health care overhaul Wednesday when its governor became the first to sign a measure requiring the state attorney general to sue the federal government if residents are forced to buy health insurance.

Similar legislation is pending in 37 other states "

The Obama faithful are furious that Fox News reporters challenge Obama and, unlike MSNBC's Brian Williams, do not bow to the Naked Emperor at the conclusion of scripted interviews wherein the president is asked how he feels about the issues.

SS3 - Article I, Section 7, in order for any "Bill" to "become a Law," it "shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate" and be "presented to the President of the United States" for signature or for veto.

Unless a bill has "passed" both Houses, it cannot be presented to the president and cannot become a law. These laws were made to hold politicians accountable. Obama,Pelosi,Reid and these criminal Democrats are in contempt of the Constitution. They are traitors.

Obama and these Democrats just lie and lie and lie:

(CNSNews.com) – " If Congress passes the Senate health-care plan, according to an analysis by the *Congressional Budget Office*, American families will be *required by federal law* to buy a federally approved health insurance plan that will cost *a minimum of $12,000 per year*--and, on average, will cost $15,000 per year -- whether their employer or the government helps them with the premium or not. Americans should really take the time to figure out who their real enemy is. Hint, Limbaugh and Beck aren't going to tell you, because they work for the enemy in the "Divide and Conquer" department.

Who, precisely, is this enemy you speak of? Give them a name please.

It's a fair guess that conservative shrieking will reach an as yet unheard of cresendo midnight Saturday.

You meant "crescendo", yes ? Since it is used to describe a sound which gets louder and louder you are correct - - if only because Obama's traitorous contempt for the US Constitution has turned a great many moderates and independents against him and his crooked party.

Not passing this bill will clearly have far greater financial ramifications than doing so.

Another amusing analysis from SS3. You are in America? You have lived there?

Whats really amusing is that the president actually took the time to humor the Right by taking time out to appear on what is very loosely labelled a 'news channel.'

What's even funnier is that SS3 still imagines his trolling efforts change minds here.

Speaking about the most sweeping changes ever made to the US economy and to federal bureaucracy and to that matter most important to every single American - their health - Obama declared yesterday "I don't spend a lot of time worrying about what the procedural rules are in the House or the Senate."

But he and his corrupt,race-baiting attorney general demand due process for America's enemies, like Khalid Mohammed.

That pretty much sums up the usurper Barack Obama.

If Rush Limpbough is your go-to guy for news, then 'most Americans don't want this bill.' (cue shrieking) :-)

Apparently if you are on the Left and can't argue the substantive points in any given debate it is important to display your 'tolerance' and 'ethical' concern with adolescent slurs about political commentators you have never listened to and know nothing about.

    Obamacare gains ground?

"The CMPI-A/PJM poll demonstrates an extremely high level of concern with the current bill:

Six in ten Americans (60%) agree that a current Democrat proposal to send the Senate health care bill to the president without voting up or down on it is “unfair.”

Most Americans oppose (81%) health care reforms that would increase insurance premiums for healthy people to offset premiums of people who wait until they are diagnosed with an illness to purchase insurance.

Eight Americans in ten (81%) oppose allowing the government to decide what kind of health care coverage Americans are able to purchase.

Most Americans (87%) oppose having a government panel recommend or decide what medical procedures or medical advances your doctor or health plan can or cannot use.

More than eight Americans in ten (84%) support reforms that would allow people to buy health insurance where it is the least expensive, such as across state lines.

Three in four Americans (76%) oppose health care reforms that would raise taxes and cut Medicare benefits to pay for health care subsidies for expanded coverage for those currently insured.

Eight Americans in ten (78%) support health care reforms that would let people buy less costly health plans and save and invest for health care needs in the future on a tax-free basis.

Half of Americans (51%) oppose health care reforms that would let people lock-in premiums by paying more for their insurance.

Most Americans (85%) support health care reforms that would let people get lower premiums for getting or staying healthy.

Eight Americans in ten (82%) support the idea that more money should be invested in the development of cures for the most devastating diseases.

Because they're in the pocket of big pharma.

'Big pharma' has shareholders to answer to and competitors after the same market share, which makes them of course the scapegoat of choice for the Left.

But if you want to compare pocket depth there is no better source than http://www.opensecrets.org/industries/indus.php?ind=K01

      • Since 1990 'Big Pharma' has donated 67 million dollars to Democrats, and 112 million to Repubs.
      • Lawyers and legal firms, in the same period, have donated a whopping 786 million dollars to Democrats, and 280 million to Republican candidates...

If the bill is so good and so necessary why are Democrats running from it?

Why does Obama and the party leadership need to bribe the undecided and reluctant?

Why do the Democrats continue to renege on promises that the 2,300 - page monstrosity will be made available online to the public?

Why does White House spokesperson Gibbs evade direct questions about a bill that is supposed to be for the common good and squirm when pressed by ABC or CNN reporters about the 'DemonPass'?

And why, if the bill is so worthwhile, does Speaker Pelosi say of the underhanded reconciliation tactic that she " like[s] it because people don't have to vote on the Senate bill " ?????

    Who are these Democrats?

    Who do they serve?

My B.S. meter went off immediately with this statement. The American public didn't give a crap about backdoor wrangled legalese like "enemy combatants" or "wartime enemies." These were concepts thrust onto the American public by a Bush Administration seeking to justify the use of torture, thus overtunring years of dmoestic and internation norms banning the same.

I find it odd that 'torture' was never an issue when Clinton was in office.

"The Clinton administration pioneered the use of extraordinary rendition after the bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in 1998. But it also pressed allied intelligence services to respect lawful boundaries in interrogations."http://www.why-war.com/news/2002/12/26/torturet.html

    "Pressed"!, I say.

I am certain Holder is aware that the so-called Bin Laden Units were formed by the CIA back in 1996 and 1998.

Here is Richard Miniter (Losing Bin Laden) discussing how they did it back before George W Bush, The Cowboy, arrived on the scene:

" With the help of the CTC, forty terrorists from the former Yugoslavia were captured and turned over to Arab governments, usually Egypt. Egyptian security is believed to have tortured, tried, and executed many of them. In this way, al Qaeda cells were quickly smashed in Albania, Bosnia, and elsewhere."

Personally, I think back to the Battle of the Bulge. Nazis caught in Allied uniform were executed on the spot.

Modern day totalitarian perps of crimes against humanity get off pretty easy if you ask me.

Try not to think of any particular organised religion when suffering the latest indignity imposed upon you at the airport.

When you have to remove your shoes think only of the criminal Richard Reid - the "shoebomber" - and not the religion he had converted to while in prison.

When they force you to undergo a full body scan recall that Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab is a true believer but it was in Europe that he became 'radicalised' so it really isn't his fault.

When they confiscate whatever hygiene products you have which may be in liquid form and more than one ounce remember that this was never a practice until 8 British males were apprehended before boarding 8 separate transatlantic flights to blow them up, in accord with a certain religion's teachings we are assured they had simply misinterpreted.
