The fur is fine as long as it is not from endangered animals. I would wear mink in a heart beat if I could afford it. I was reared on a farm and I am not a big fan of mink. They are mean and nasty animals. You should see what one little fur clad mink can do to a hundred baby chicks. It is not a pretty site.

Oops forgot a couple of comments. The spitters need to stop spitting and the gum chewers should dispose of their gum properly. The street pictured looks good.

Funny photo. I am impressed with the cleanliness of the streets. Toddlers on leashes are much safer than toddlers running free. I am not a dog lover but I am happy to see the woman cleaning up the mess. I see many people in my neighborhood walking their doggies carrying little bags of doggie doo. Now if only the cigarette smokers would clean up their act.

Harry was not on my preferred reading list. I did not like the series however since I am a librarian I had to become familiar with it so I could answer questions. My most dreaded question about Harry was "Did you like it?" Thank goodness I did not have to answer that question often. I have always given an honest opinion about books I have read but I have never been condemned for giving my opinion but with Harry it was different. It was as if I had committed a crime for not loving Harry. Harry seems to have become an addiction for some.

"I don't see how this differs from a bunch of people praying for something in church. These ladies have a common goal, so why not pray together?" I have never thought of doing this at church because there are more important needs (illness, unemployment etc) than a husband. But I will pass the suggestion to my ladies prayer group as we have several single ladies.

Whoa! It's not good when your blush and lipstick matches your stockings and underwear.

This is just plain weird. I know many women who pray for husbands but not in a group setting.

Children are amazing. I was sitting in a Chinese restaurant and overheard the owner's young son and niece talking. At times they would be speaking English but would lapse into Chinese with ease. Sometimes they would speak both languages in the same sentence. They appeared to be about 5-6 years old. Beautiful, I wish I could do that.

If you wish to convert then you go to a Mosque and study.

I beg to differ with that comment. Muslims have been known to try to convert outside of the Mosque. Maybe its a new thing.

I just do not believe that anyone should be arrested for trying to convert another whatever their religion may be. I say this even though I have been bombarded by those wishing to convert me to their religion. I would never jeopardize my religious freedom by denying others.

Would Malaysian authorities arrest Muslims trying to convert Christians?

I really think that almost any place is a good place to raise children. But we are living in a era that is not a good time to raise children.

There are quite a fews surveys that would disagree with this one. There are some that acutally rank the Japanese as the worst not because they are impolite but because of the obessessive photo taking. The Japanese tourits have been reported to be quite pushy when it comes to getting a good photo. I was also with a tour group once when the guide announced several times that photos would not be allowed and that cameras should be put away. Guess which group sneaked a few photos? However I would not judge other Japanese tourists by the actions of this one group. We were on a boat and I was afraid to take pictures because we were touring a naval base. I bought postcards. By the way, I do not put much faith in surveys.

I love mono-histories. I have read the history of the pencil, the toilet and most recently one about chewing gum. There are mono-histories for almost anything in the world. They are fun reads.

Modesty is a virtue that few possess. I totally agree with the comment about the mules and might I add flip-flops. I workd in a public place and the clacking and flapping is almost too much on somes days.

The contestants' hair looks mighty thin to me, especially the lady on Go's left. There is one who is not smiling. They are all rather good looking.
