    "joblessness and poverty"

    Whose fault is this?

I do not know. The great depression answered the question for many. They did not know either but needed help and planted a lot of trees.

History certainly has something to do with people's behavior. But we have to learn to live together and give each other the dignity each one deserves as a child of God (At least the Universe). Our structures in society and we, as individuals, have to support this. Evil builds upon evil and who knows where it starts. I remember in Belgium signs saying "No North Africans Allowed". Why I asked and they said because "we, the Belgiums, have been here for thousands of years. The North Africans do not change! You Americans have no history." All I can say is thank God for America, even though it has its issues as well. I fail but I keep trying to give each the dignity they deserve as children of the same Universe (perhaps God). Structures in society must evolve to protect the dignity of all people. Having a job helps.

You are funny likeitis. It is a sensitive issue and is better to let it rest. No one should be bothering any gays. Rights for all people in relationships should be there. I think they are. Child taking care of parent, two people living together platonically or whatever to cut costs, single moms/dads...all should have rights. I think they do. Come to think of it is not marriage a special case of a man and a woman? For something called a biological family? Perhaps I am wrong.

Skin color/gender are traits people are born with. Sin, a word people may hate, is a choice. Perhaps some are born with a greater tendency then others for sin through genetics and environment. Our society might not outlaw all these things we know are wrong, but it surely should not confuse right from wrong. We all know, don't we, the proper way. We just cannot do it. Should we make all of society say it is right? When it is wrong? This is what is happening. Just do your thing, let God be the judge and let society keep its eyes on what is right and proper. It is a sensitive issue and is better to let it rest. Please keep it away from children, is all I ask.

Certainly not the values the US of A was founded upon. The society will not last. The right to free speech will be curtailed to enforce this unnatural behavior. When this unnatural behavior begins to be taught in schools the 97 percent will rise. I hope peacefully.

I do not know. The three monkeys of see, hear and say no evil. Why stir up past bad behavior? Anti-discrimination laws in hiring might be considered though for this, age, nationality...

NASA Satellite Glimpses Universe's First Trillionth of a Second; http://www.nasa.gov/home/hqnews/2006/mar/HQ06097firsttrillionthWMAP_prt.htm. Yeh there wasn't a beginning! Ethics must be part of science. Especially now. Even Einstein was concerned with a science in love with what it could do with no constraints. I can do it so I will! I side with the church that defends our common humanity. We are not allowed to just do anything because we can. Why? Ask that guy at the first trillionth of a second of the beginning of the Universe. Love this Nasa observation.

The three monkey with hands over mouth, eyes and ears, respectively, I always thought of as what a saint does. But a new revelation is presenting itself in that people can be trained to see, hear and speak no evil, even if it exists. School bullying and the lack of change by the school authorities in Japan is the begining of this see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil mentality. Even with history. Then again they know but just do not wish to see, hear nor speak about it.

goodDonkey: People with traditional morals need education. Right? If not them, their children. Right? Enforced by law. Right? This gay marriage issue is a Trojan horse where the good man loses his rights to follow in the ways of his ancestors and to raise his own children. This is the fear. The threats and violent emails from the gay side of the peaceful ballet in California shows a real dark side to your movement. Someone wrote Nazis above. This is what we fear.

Listen. Peace be to you and yours. As close people of any arrangement, platonic or whatever, you should be able to easily be close and inherit property etc. We do not need to know the details. I know brother and sisters living together. I hope there are no issues on inheritance etc. Two women sharing costs and life. Or men. The details I do not need to know. It is not marriage which was made for children but a shared life. More power to them.

A Deviant. Someone who deviates from the normal. The emotional hatred coming from deviants to those who wish the best for their children has the leopard showing his spots. Marriage is between a man and a women. Has been and seems quite natural. Hey even children are a product of that love. Quite natural. Natural Law. The Catholic church condemns such deviant behavior. So do the Muslims. Africa does not seem too keen. China wants no part of it. It really makes America look decadent to the rest of the world as well as the part of exporting abortions. I was told this by those not from America. Wake up America. There is a reason you are under storm. Where did the word Sodomy come from? Fear? No, just disgust. Who wants to understand it? Most of the world does not, sir.

I also mean structures that support life so that these things do not happen.

Yes horrid. Reproductive health? Right to choose? Choice? May God help us to see the value of all life and welcome it. Help us to create structures that will help the poor Moms who was driven to such extremes. I pray the Mom receives some support and counseling. Such a burden to carry.

We have memorials. I do not know what a shrine is. Shintoism was the state religion of WWII with emperor worship. Sounds like something from 2000 years ago. Moving on, let us remember that we are all descended from common ancestors and be thankful for all that the variety of peoples have contributed to our common humanity.

BTW I tested the poll and I was able to click no twice. I clicked yes again to even things out. Got to be careful of polls you know. I wish everyone the best. We all got our issues but let us try to make a world where children at least have a good chance to reach their potential not makes our issues their normal.

tkoind2 : What does tkoind say? Sorry. As many have posted above. Deviant is not normal, like murder is not normal. It has been with us all history. Your error of judgement in good faith is not my problem. At the society level it is. We all ready have parents in Mass silenced when they did not want their children being taught about Adam and Steve. It is indoctrination about making deviant behavior normal. A scary thing for normal people who want to raise their children to be normal. 1.1 billion Catholics, 1.1 billion Muslims, 1.1 billion Chinese, 1.1 billion Indians vs the some in the post christian west. Your gains will be short lived.

Tjrandom : butt in butt out. Where are you coming from or to? Just read all the posts. Lots of Laughs. It is all hate speech and will be prosecuted. The normal will be silenced unless this movement is put back into the closet. For 1% of the population the society will become deviant and fascist. Upside down kind of like the present reproductive health concept. It is coming and there is not much to be done about it. It is a shame to see my country fall into this error of judgement in good faith at the society level. Individuals are just people trying to find their way but society should not make the deviant normal.

Marriage is between a man and a women by definition. End of story. No tkoind2 you are just putting spin onto an abomination. It is very unnatural this stuff most people vomit thinking of. Yes people should be able to do whatever in the privacy of their home. Keep it there.

skipthesong : It is her choice. You have no say. Your attitude can cause her undue stress. You know these children can read directions and will not take it after 72 hours. Nor will they take an overdose. Children are responsible for their behavior. You just are responsible for the bills. Oh and the alternate life style will be taught as well in case ...

skipthesong...welcome to post christian society...Reproductive health for murder, diversity for an abomination...Bible a hate book...be silent Dad your child is ours.

It is a class system. Those with the money, and or few children will succeed quite well in the system. The lower classes will remain there. Large families will drop to the status of serfs in general. High school should be equal to private and free as in the USA. Unfortunately this system is causing demographic problems and a class system that Japan likes to say does not exist. It does and is a shame on Japan for not giving so many children a chance. Also schools in America are paid for by school taxes which shares the burden of education. Most homeowners are OK with giving children an education. The people of Japan are rather shelfish in this regard and burdens families. The facilities in the USA are spectacular as well as what is offered to the children.
