Australia has so much capacity for tidal,wind and solar projects but is lazy in doing it.There is one turbine in my hometown Newcastle, compared to huge numbers I have seen in Kyushu and Okinawa.Wasn't there talk of a huge solar tower in the outback? never happened and I doubt it…

got to agree with thepro..a lot of Japanese drive like maniacs through residential areas with narrow roads..sometimes fiddling with phones at the same time.That there are not many mor accidents surprises me..Japan needs to implement speedhumps in urban areas.Sorry to hear about that Yelnats!!

Octoberfest on October 10th at the German school in Rokko.(Kobe) It is held every year and there is plenty of German food to help wash down the beer and wine. :-) Usually a good laugh and a nice day out.
