No advanced city REALLY wants the Olympics anymore...only places that have something to prove. Almost all sports already have their respective international competitions...the Olympics have become too overblown and self-important. Most people are turned off.

I think Spector meant there are rehabilitaton centers in Japan like the often-mentoined Darc (sp) but not the kind of facility a celebrity can check into like in Malibu, California etc, even before they are arrested for something. The point also being that a celeb in the US or UK…
