(They are ususally drunk or asking for money) 4)STOP BEING SO EMO!! Enjoy life and spread good energy. Less suicide rates. 5)All newcomers should get a booklet in their home country's language explaining how to travel throughout japan the easiest and cheapest! 6)FIX your language!!! (It's confusing for you and us) 4 different types(Katakana, Hiragana, Kanji, Romanji) in one language...DameDA!!!
