Last year Enoshima started similar rules, that's why some chimpiras started hanging out on Zushi beach. I hope the tranquility of Morito and Isshiki beaches will not suffer as a result.

The Japanese courts will almost never side with a foreigner over custody. Only in truly exceptional circumstances, and I speak from experience. Unfortunately the mindset is not likely to change anytime soon.
