i've had some of the best times in that town... ooooohh
there's a place with 100 Yen beers which is awesome...
I do see that with the Koma theater demolition, there will be significant opportunity for renovation in the area.
If you are the kind of person that likes to push the envelope, neither Kabuki-cho or Roppongi are places to travel in groups smaller than a 3-4 close friends.

I find it surprising to include this bit of caustic language. I bet that this only causes a fraction of 1 percent of the actual criminal activity in Japan.
Many seemingly legal operations in Japan are running scams and evading taxes. Everyone is on the payroll.
I was planning to hand out some flyers on the street for a promotion i was running, and a friend recommended to not do it, otherwise the local yakuza could stop me in a few minutes. Very few profitable commercial activities can be carried out without clearing them with your local friendly "jimusho".

i heard a rumor that the accounting firm made a mistake and that the top 5 order was reversed... This would mean that my predictions for the top 5 were right on the money.
Keeping my fingers crossed...

Nearly 100% of women are operated now. In some countries, going for plastic surgery is just as common as going to the dentist.
These girls are pushing the envelope and its a huge payback on the investment.

this is new information, and is newsworthy. Appears to give enough information without really going out of their way to destroy. Reporters could have gone much further.

rugby fan: tru dat. last year's Venezuela was really much better looking.
nowadays though, nearly all of them are "upgraded"...
I do favor the 100% natural way. if you can't win with what you were born with then tough luck.

I was rooting for Puerto Rico all the way, and she finished in 5th place. She was much better looking and polished than the other two latins. If anything, i thought Austraia or Kosovo were the real competition.
I was very impressed by the stiff competition this year. Three latin girls again in the top 5 is a shot across the bow to newcomer countries who think only good looks and nice hair is what it takes to win.
Yes, the Japanese girl didn't even make it to the last 15. You could see her disappointment during the event. I think Ligron made a mistake of going to old-school designers with avant garde designs. She should have farmed out all her work to people she could trust. There's no doubt she knows what she is doing, but she needs to learn how to work the system.
Puerto Rico will be coming very strong next year. There are new managers which have a lot of experience. Guaranteed to win next year...

First...
ok, this is gonna be a huge news event, especially influential on public policy north of the border. The fact that they have decriminalized hard drugs is extremely radical. I'm sure this will help their tourism industry massively.
Asian countries, which have some of the harshest penalties, also need to evaluate the effectiveness of this program, and focus on getting the big fish (who usually have been protected by the police anyway)...

i agree with Altria, what the heck do they need to insert a catheter in there for???? He's only been down for 3 hours!
They should have played hardball and moved him to he MORGUE, and then see what happens when they put the buzzsaw a few inches from his head. Maybe it will look like Hostel 2.

I believe the central issue here was the approval of assasinations. Since the Ford administration these had been outlawed.
However, when you drop a 2,000 pound bomb on a house because you KNOW that a person you are loking for is there, how is that different from when a sniper shoots him right between the eyes from 2,000 yards out? The answer of course is collateral damage, but the result is the exact same, the targeted person is assasinated.
I would prefer to use the sniper and the smaller elite crews on the ground, because there would be 0 collateral damage. Predator drone strikes in Pakistan have become the M.O. for assasinations. The fact that the US is not acknowledging those attacks makes them look like terrorists in the eyes of Pakistani or other local people. That will result in a lot of ill will or generations to come.

Its funny they dont mention Boric Acid, its not as toxic as insecticides and has been used for more than a century. It may be the most effective. Not sure if it can be scored in Japan's markets.
The key is to use a squeeze bottle and spray a light layer of powder in areas where roaches may walk, or access areas.

There is something else called "diatomaceus earth" which may be even better.

They dont really need any help with this PR puff piece. Thse bikes are oversold all over for steep prices.
As municipal governments wise up, it will be harder and harder to ride them due to public nuisance laws regulating the amount of noise they make.

those little sparklers sold in Japan could not even be considered "fireworks". We're talking M-80's, 1/4 sticks of dynamite and the usual rocket launchers and bazookas used where i live.

It wont do any good, even with fines, etc. Japan could start fishing bluefin tuna for "research" purposes.
