Defense spending will be difficult to increase in Japan, since they have to finance their bloated government payrolls. At least they are spending good amounts on R&D, however this is mostly on toys, not real true and tried weapons like the US, China and Russia are working on.

I will get it, but was dissapointed by "The Book of Five Rings" written by Ueshiba's equivalent in Kendo.
Sun Tzu and Zhuge Liang's books have helped me to understand Chinese mentality and behavior, but the behavior of people in Japan mostly defies logic. so i need to study and observe more.

the bottom line, is that it will be very difficult to prove that the fluctuation in stock value was due completely to the alleged negligence and fraud committed by Toyota management.
Stocks of other j-automobile companies may also have dropped in the same period. I just checked and all major indexes tanked during the same period.

there will always be a way to detect things, if not by visual, then audio (sonar), if not, then by smell, etc etc.
Also, I assume most of these cloaking technolgies can be defeated by using at least two cameras or sensors, and comparing the data.
