i guess those dog tags came in handy when they had to ID him. Maybe he should keep his dental records in an easily accesible place...
This guy looks so out of shape. Someone needs to expose him as the fraud he is.

I can't wait to see the closed circuit surveillance footage. Perhaps he had a rough time at the station when he got out of the train and realized there were no more trains to go back to Chiba.

This must be some reverse psychology intended to make Bin Laden feel safe and come out of whatever cave he's been hiding out for the last 8 years. There is no such thing as "no good intel". They have HAD intel, just it came too late for them to act in a timely fashion.

they could have picked a better picture, well maybe if it was taken 30 years before.

in Iraq, most of the "insurgents" were either foreigners or people which were causing a genuine disruption to the daily life of the Iraqis. In Afghanistan, the insurgents are the locals themselves, so it will be impossible to weed them out. It's been quiet these days because the "insurgents" are back to their day jobs, observing, planning.
Afghanis have proven to be extremely resistant of foreigners or mainstream thinking. They would like for things to go back to the way they were. Western ideals of democracy or religion are too different from their way of life to understand or support.
This similar to the Spanish conquest of Latin America. Since the locals had so little in common, they eventually overcame the invading force. The US needs to align their interests with the locals. The only way is to build schools, boost the economies (not with opium), and social development. This will take ONE OR TWO GENERATIONS to complete, not 18 months.

"death by cop" is probably the best deterrent to kidnapping as an enterprise. If only Colombia and other kidnap capitals things could run this successfully.

The only explanation to this fiasco is that this is the "before" picture. None of these girls shows the polish needed to win a crown. Looks like a lineup from your friendly neighbourhood soapland. All they would need would be number plates and Mrs. Ligron could open up shop for herself in no time.

wow these are all very good questions and detailed answers. It's like we're plugged into the guys brain for 5 minutes.
It's a miracle he answered so frankly. Perhaps a Japanese Shacho wouldn't even tell you the time of day.

Of course the damage to the hydrant and the front of the car is from the crash, i meant the damage to the side and back of the car,as well as Tiger's bruises. Given that the airbags didn't deploy, it should not have been such a strong impact. Yeah they must be waiting for the bruises an effect of all the medications to wear off before issuing a statement. Making up stories to the cops is a punishable offense (look what happened to the balloon boy's parents), so they are treading in deep water here.
Enquirer is a tabloid, willing to print anything, but TMZ usually doesnt put things out unless it's pretty sure, or it has firsthand video evidence. If it was up to me, however, i would have laws against what Paparazzis can do. 99% of the time they go too far. Perhaps the Tyson incident will bring some of those legal issues under consideration.

According to TMZ.com (and those guys usually get these kind of things right), the scratches on his face are because his wifey attacked him. Allegedly she found out hehad a mistress (according to the Enquirer) so they had a huge confrontation. Most of the other damage to the car is from her hitting it with the golf club.
initially they made it seem as if she broke him free from the car with the club, but the real story will come out soon...

ia 77 year olg guy is in favor of this, then i follow his wisdom. In the US, most of the deals during budget season are still negotiated in smoky back rooms, restaurants and social clubs inside the beltway. Lobbyists get a huge share of any proceeds. Japan has captured a head start in this area, if they can follow through and actually implement some of these cuts and reforms. Some of the conservative bureaucrats may just wait it out, or wait for the next scandal.

This couple humiliated a lot of people in the security establishment, and they will get their revenge at all costs.
If you ask me, security let them in, so there's no problem there.
