it ain't broke so don't try to fix it. been reading manga for over a decade now and never once have i thought about it being the over way around, in fact i get annoyed when i pick something up to discover it's been flipped and mirrored.

England play much higher ranked teams on a regular basis, hence their ranking - never win anything tho. This also explains why brazil have dropped to 18th!

Truly a sad story on how people can be so alone in these faceless times. I had a similar experience a few years back where a neighbour had died and it was weeks before i even heard about it, by which time all had passed and moved on. Living in these high rise apartment blocks i guess it happens quite often, but usually to someone else.

The simple fact is the dopers are always one step ahead of the testers, that's why test samples are kept for years. As new tests develop uncovering the cheats, old samples will get checked for these methods and in armstrong's case found out.
As various news articles point out losing his titles is a small price to pay - the lesser evil, losing his sponsors and backing for his charities would be far worse.

the honorable thing would be for the men to offer up their seats to the ladies, which after all this uproar they probably will. Orl just come back on seperate flights.

Total disgrace. If anything the men should have to sit in pre eco. The woman's team are the world champions and there still being treated like second class citizens. Japan seriously needs to cut out the blatent sexism.

I'm willin g to bet NHK polls were done in tokyo, not osaka - that will be recieving most of the power generated by Oi's reactors. Most of the demo's i've seen in osaka have been far smaller than the tokyo ones.

it's killing off tourism too, before all these banking troubles (since summer 08) myself and friends used to visit japan at least once if not twice a year, now the yen is so strong we hardly even consider coming anymore. All those electronic gadgets we would buy in droves are now cheaper back home, meaning when we do visit for a holiday - we don't spend much at all.

They obviously see the oi reactors a safer option for restart, as the region sees far fewer earthquakes than the rest of japan. With it not being on the pacific coast either the tsunami risk is far far lower too.
