The glory is that you just can't win. Whether its padding or no padding, lace or no lace, cuts or no cuts, short of putting them in a burqua, somebody is going to find them sexy anyway. The panic never ends, and so the Chicken Littles of the world will always have something to shriek and moan about.

Just what is causing the shift is not fully understood,

It is questionable if there is even a shift! The whole concept depends on Victorian era research conducted on Europeans only. And despite researchers telling us that puberty starts earlier in sea level tropical urban populations, a disproportionate amount of the youngest mothers are from high altitude, cold climate, agrarian or subsistence societies, so go figure.

What I think is that nearly all the research is dominated by the Chicken Littles of the world, and you can't expect them to get it right, and even if they do, you can't expect them to tell us honestly. The real experts tend to get drummed out on suspicion of their motives for "knowing too much", which would seem patently absurd to any sane person unless the topic is tween or teen girls. Then suddenly, it all makes sense! Ridiculous!

Just watched Heavy Rotation. Should have killed the sound! The most horrible thing was the Engrish!

But yeah, bras and near thong underwear visible in a long shot, and some members in the bath, but nothing visible for bubbles. But not a male to be seen.

Women don't look at that and see sex. We men do. Whose problem is that? But here is the kicker. If they were 80 year old grandmas in the same clothes, would you see sex? Probably not, or you would barf.

Average age is still 19 and its all far more tame than any number of movies from the west that I can name featuring full frontal nudity of under 16s. Don't blame me if you don't know what I am talking about. If not, you really should pay more attention and get that cultural relavatism under control.

So, okay. Sexualized, a little bit, in that particular video, from the viewpoint of men, as if mother nature did not do most of the work. But still not little and not lolitas and its still harmless.

Its not a celebration of when the British arrived anymore.

Then moving the date to illustrate the belief should not be a problem. That way Australia Day won't overlap Invasion Day.

Want to pay the debt? Raise the retirement age, tax the rich and cut the wages of the amakudari pseudo retirees sipping coffee at the place they used to actually work. Invest in things that will get the people moving instead of building roads to nowhere. Raising the consumption tax will send consumption into a downward spiral. That won't help the economy.

It would also help to back off off the crackdowns on illegal parking and zero tolerance drinking and driving policy, and also lighten up on bar owners. All these things are killing the recreation that used to enable the Japanese to slave away. Now they are robots in the night time as well as the day time and its not helping anybody.

Carrot and stick is rather confusing combo of words. It implies you get the stick, but you never actually get the carrot. You just go on in vain hope that you will. And that is demeaning. But I don't think that is what most people mean when they use those words.

I know that some Japanese use the terms "Ame to muchi" (candy and the whip). I find that one much easier to understand. You get some of both, each applied when the giver feels its what is needed.

Looking at it that way, I think a lot of men probably work pretty well in that relationship environment, if it is not applied selfishly for personal benefit of the woman. tkoind2 may or may not be such a man. But I think most men would not do so well with the woman he describes, but rather would become spoiled.

the Centre for the Study of Integrity at the University of Essex,

What bothers me is that someone would decide for us all what constitutes integrity, and then go on to declare a society more or less honest than in the past. Especially things concerning sex and personal relationships are really troublesome. No one should go around making hard and fast judgements, because no one knows the half of it when it comes to other people's sex lives, and their reasons for this or that or understandings between them.

Tolerance of affairs is not a question of honesty or integrity. Its a matter of confirming to human reality that people have foolishly railed against for centuries within the sphere of Catholic influence especially.

Australia day is for every Australian.

Yet its celebrated on the day the invading Anglos came! Sorry, I am not Australian, so I have not been programmed to have a blind spot for that very obvious logical disconnect!

Sexualized? I will agree with that when I see them dancing in thong underwear! Some people just cannot look at an attractive young female and NOT see sex. The only actual problem lies directly between their ears and no where else. Why would anyone with a lolita fetish spend their time oggling AKB48 when they can get on the internet and find far more revealing stuff to cater to that fetish for free?

And nobody has any sort of proof or solid reasoning to think Japan is any worse off for anything because of AKB48 or predecessors such as Morning Musume. Those making claims about problems are confused between reality and the fantasy that violations of their narrow minded moral judgement constitutes a real and actual problem.

For Japan and the Japanese, this is harmless fun. For haters, the psychological pain must seem very real. AKB48 has become a target for some people. But its all about their own personal anguish, and really nothing else.

Australia Day, which marks the arrival of British settlers in 1788.

Wow! What a self-righteous thing to celebrate! Invasion Day is indeed a more apt name. I don't know if I support these rioters or not, but that is darn good explanation of why this sort of thing happens. What do Australians expect with a celebration like that? Might as well call it White Over Black Day, and truly reap the whirlwind of the racial connotations!

However, on the whole, the Korean government chose to use the resources for national prosperity over compensation to private citizens.CASE CLOSED!!!

So, Tatanka, if a woman gets raped and sues her assailant in civil court, you would be cool with the government taking the money she was to be awarded to build some street lights somewhere and also ensuring that she never learns the result of the case for 50 years? That is basically what is going on here.

But the comfort women issue was never part of the original settlement.

True. But what really mucks this up is that the Korean government agreed that Korean citizens would be barred from seeking any compensation in that agreement. And those citizens could not even fight that ridiculousness because they did not know it existed, because it was kept secret. It is astounding what dirty, scummy, lying, evil people there are in this world. Some people say that the Japanese occupation was good for Korea, and when you here what these Koreans did to their own people, you can understand where they are coming from. But of course, Japan was also party to keeping the secret, so I would say the evil is about equal, considering Japan's past role as occupier. If I had the option, I would beat the teeth out of the evil old men behind it, and I would not discriminate by nationality.

Taxpayers like me benefit when fraudsters are caught.

I was thinking to carve up a one yen coin into quarter slices, and send you a piece to double your personal taxpayer benefit, but then I realized that with police time, the trial and the jail time, you are probably two pieces in the hole.

went on to claim social security benefits in his brother’s name for caring for their elderly mother at home, it added.

Makes zero sense to me. Did he just say it was for his mom or is there some system where a person claims benefits for the sake of another? And why not just claim in his own name? Was he double dipping?

I am also curious who he owed these debts to.

Three buildings collapse at the same time and they say structural problems? The only way I can see it is if one collapsed on the others. Or else they were some really crappy buildings and one shaking the foundations of the others brought the other two down. But that would be less like structural problems and more like complete incompetence of the relevant authorities. Or it was sabotage.

RushO'Hannity: kkk were democrats. just ask robert byrd voters .

Judicious use of the word "were". Past tense is right. Ancient history. Needless to say, no KKK member voted for the Democrat president Barak Obama. No doubt plenty did vote for David Duke. The main KKK political position lately is anti-same sex marriage and illegal immigration is a rallying point. We all know who that points to. TP. Conservatives. Republicans. Hard to tell if your bringing that up was a cheap tactic of a Democrat in disquise or the act of a Republican fool.

Which will be the bigger lead weight in the water? Mitt's mountain of money, or Newt's mountain of Newt first behavior? I sure hope Newt sinks. The welfare of the country only comes after Newt's sex life, as proven by him wasting the country's and president's time over banging an intern, while he said nothing about him banging his own intern.

If this was just a beating, I doubt we would have heard about it.

Like with Dharmala, Tucker and Suraj, you pretty much have to die to make it in the papers, and that is why we won't hear about unfair police and court treatment on the living. But I am pretty sure a light sentence will be given at trial, and all the suspicious will be once again confirmed.

It's a pity because the two-party system is essential for a healthy democracy,

Its a bare minimum for a healthy Republic. Its a sign of a farce of a representative democracy. As far as pure democracy goes, its non-existant. The two-party system was created by chance, and I never heard of a Founding Father giving it an ounce of praise.

If not for the two party system, we might see someone who could contend with Obama stepping up to bat with a shot at winning., someone who is curently with and kept at bay by the Democrats. We might see Ron Paul all the way up to November, maybe long enough for some people to understand that America needs the U turn he desires.

This way, we have the pick of a clown or Mr. More of the Same.
