Amuro's biggest tattoos have significance. One is of her sons name, another is kind of a memorial for her mother's death. She's a complex woman that's for sure, and this is probably the most out there she's allowed herself to be. Considering there aren't too many and the big ones have a personal significance, she's doing well. At least she's not binge drinking, abusing drugs, or whoring herself out somewhere.
