This judge has no standing to issue such an order. Our military does not answer to civilian courts. They answer to the UCMJ.

The biggest problem with the democrats is slinging their political mud, while all the time not addressing the issues of the nearly 10 percent unemployment for almost the whole of Obama's term in office - almost two years now - or Spendulous Maximus that only stimulated Obama's friends, extended political family the unions and big government; and, of course, the completely unworkable and outrageously expensive and incomprehensible Barack Hussein Obama Memorial Health Care Scam that even many democrats who originally voted for it are now denouncing.
When all the democrats have to run on is "it's Mr. Bush's fault", or the old "hey, look over there!", it's probably too late for them and they will be going down in flames on November 2nd. That is a good thing because the democrats, as leaders in congress, have done very, very poorly during their two years in power.
Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the democrats have only themselves and their failed policies to blame for America turning on them.

U.S. Unemployment has skyrocketed far beyond the eight percent mark that Obama promised before Porkulus Maximus was enacted into law. For nearly two years now, democrats have been unable to produce an answer to the question: "Where are the jobs?"
Republicans will be getting an early Christmas present next month.

are you really willing to put a crazy lady in power
As oppose to Harry Reid who said in a recent interview that Ted Kennedy and Robert Bryd are the greatest "living Americans".
It's one thing that Dingy Harry confuses the living with the dead, but if he's going to include the dead among his greatest "living Americans", there are plenty of candidates who did not head up the KKK nor leave a young woman to drown in his car.

The woman is incredibly stupid. That's a fact.
Heh, another fine example of the "tolerant left" for all to see. Global liberals have a lot in common with Islamists. They both claim to be followers of peaceful ideologies.

The democrats should save their money and send Obama to stump for all these candidates in their home districts. After all, he's done such a wonderful job in past in places like Va., NJ, and Mass. ..... Oh, wait!!!

The dems last chance was September's job report and they failed miserably (10.1 percent unemployment). So, they're now only left with re-arranging the deck chairs on the SS Obama.
2010 ain't the democrats friend.

Obama's already told his voting base that they are lazy, so it's only a matter of time before he begins bitching that he also "inherited" the current House and Senate.

Obama knows he's running out of time to force his policies on Americans. After Nov. 2 he'll be an even bigger lame duck than he is now.

In an interview on ABC's "This Week" earlier this month, Muslim activist Anjem Choudary made clear what he and his Islamist brothers have planned for the West.
"We do believe, as Muslims, the East and the West will one day be governed by the Shariah," he said. "Indeed, we believe that one day, the flag of Islam will fly over the White House."

Rush said on his show today that Emanuel leased out his Chicago home '09 and has not been back since. That means he can no longer claim he is a resident; as such, he's ineligible to run for mayor.
If that's true, one has to wonder about the real reason behind him bailing on Obama and the democrats one month before the mid-terms.
I'll take "October Surprise" for $1,000, Alex.
