Makes since for her to run because her only competition is Heath Shuler. Heh, that's how low the U.S. democrat/socialists have sunk.

With millions out of work, it's nice to know the GOP has got its priorities in order
With millions out of work, Obama takes off on a taxpayer all expenses paid, $2 billion vacation to this part of the world. It's nice to see he has got his priorities in order.

Now off to the New Sanno to watch the election returns on big screen televisions at the Fair Winds lounge there (they open at 9 this morning in honor of what's going on back in the States). Will be raising a glass to toast every conservative victory today.
Happy imploding, liberals; foreign and domestic.

"I'm not a witch, I am you", that is O'Donnell's message! And the Publicans (sp) support this idiocy?
You need to stop reading Daily Kos talking points. They'll make you suicidal.

Just ordered a copy of "40 More Years: How the Democrats Will Rule the Next Generation" for 1 cent at Amazon.com. Heh, this book wasn't even published two years ago.
Too funny.

Loving every minute of the failure known as Obama and the democrats. Life is good!
Now that they are best buds again, maybe Clinton could give The One some lessons in congressional submission.

Democrats have known for almost two years that this was going to be a tough election. We knew we'd lose seats.
Heh, the democrat's circular firing squad's in place. Ready .... Aim ..... FIRE!!!!

It's gonna suck being Barack Obama on Wednesday morning when he wakes up to discover he's a lame duck. He's not smart enough to be a Bill Clinton and make the best of the situation. Look for him to spend the remaining days of his single term in office running around making speeches that nobody listens to, playing golf and going on vacations.

Obama ... had a radio interview on his Election Day morning schedule with Ryan Seacrest, the emcee of “American Idol” and host of a Top 40 radio program.
Heh, this guy continues to cheapen the office of president.
Obama ..... out!!

When the dust settles Tuesday night, look for Obama to blame the democrats he "inherited" for the tsunami that will wash over the political party he leads.

Heh, what happened to all those "standing room only" events with fainting women and democrats lining up to just be near their "savior" Obama?
Oh Yeah! That's right. They're waking up to the realization that president "shovel ready" lied to them.

what really gets me is how these parties DEMs or the GOP can raise all this money during election time but can never find it once in office.
What's really pathetic is Obama's flying around the country on the taxpayer's dime calling those of us who didn't vote for him the "enemy". While Nixon had an enemies list, he can't hold a candle to this "president" who was hired to represent the entire nation.

Obama's "accomplishments" reveals his central flaw: He does not bring a vision of a future U.S.A. that resonates with the American people.
1) After the public bailed out the banks, we saw the same outrageous bonus system on Wall Street. After the melt-down, there is less competition on Wall Street now and bonuses became more obscene. People rightfully resented this. Where was the restraint?
2) Obama brought no vision to Porkulous Maximus that he signed off on. He delegated the job to a democratic-controlled Congress which totally botched the job. Obama's idea of "stimulus" became tax cuts, transfer payments, pork and deferred spending. The public saw it as another example of irresponsible spending, not an investment in the America's future. The term "shovel ready" has now become a punch line.
3) The bail-out of the car companies looked suspiciously like Obama rescuing the unions that helped fund his campaign. Americans making $10 an hour received the opportunity to rescue the jobs of those making $40 an hour.
4) The Barack Hussein Memorial Health Care Scam suffered from lack of vision and lack of execution. Obama - supposedly the world's greatest orator in the history of humankind by some accounts - never outlined his vision for what had to be in the bill. He again delegated that to the democratic-controlled Congress. The result is a mess that does not even begin to address the core issue of rising health care costs; yet another wholesale giveaway without any spending restraints.
The saddest part of all this may be Obama's complete lack of self-awareness. One is left to wonder does it ever occur to him that it is his lack of vision, the unpopularity of his "achievements" and his sloppy execution now leaves the party he leads where they are today; on the brink of getting massive pink slips from We, the American Taxpaying People?

Heh, this is the guy who campaigned in 2008 by referring not to a "Red America" or a "Blue America" but a United States of America but then urged Hispanics to vote by saying: "We're gonna punish our enemies and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us."
This is the same guy who suggested that if republicans gain control of the House and/or Senate as forecast, instead of reconciliation and unity he expects "hand-to-hand combat" on Capitol Hill?
Just words. Just speeches.

Obama acknowledged the difficulties Democrats face — the distinct chance of losing their comfortable majority in the House and possibly the Senate
The democrats brought this on themselves. Vote for bills that the majority of Americans don't want and enjoy an early retirement.
Ah, but no worries. Those dem politicians who'll be out of work in January can always apply for all those "shovel ready" jobs that Obama, heh, promised everyone existed.

Pure nonsense.
If the democrats had ever offered up a bill that specifically called for exclusive funding for global AIDS efforts -- and not a rider on some other piece of "comprehensive" legislation -- he might have a point if the republicans didn't support it. But to date, that hasn't happened.
