Great idea! These shoes should be issued to death-row inmates so that they could generate the electricity needed to power their chair. That way less expense to the tax payer. The electricity they generate during the months of their appeal process would be gathered and stored in a big battery…

That’s not the story. She caught these kids red-handed in the act of spraying graffiti on that wall. Round them up and ship them off to reform school before they turn really bad! The one without a hat looks a real tough-nut. Glad he's off the streets.

The risk of one of these ships being hit by a missile is miniscule. If they were to avoid all risks of this magnitude the ships would never leave port. Clearly there is a political motive behind this announcement.
