usaexpat - The economy is floundering? Not around my neighborhood, where there s construction of new buildings everywhere I look.

There are quite a few new office buildings and shops where I am as well. The problem is that no one is moving into them.

A lot of the comments I'm seeing here about Taro Aso as the possible next PM are alomst identical to posts I saw six years ago when Koizumi jumped into the PM race.
