Palin is doing what the republicans are good at - dirty tricks and mud-slinging. Remember - Bush won governor of TX because of lies they spread about Ann Richards by leaving pamphlets on car windshields at churches. McCain in office will be more of the same as Bush - bailing out the wealthy. Don't be fooled.

one exception - if it's incredibly hot during summer, wearing shorts and a string bikini stop is a matter of survival when you have to leave air conditioning. Men still look. They're men. And the woman who's wearing a short skirt, climbing stairs and scolding the guys about looking - after work with her friends she's saying, "All the guys look at my butt!" And she's loving it. Trust.

Any other girls representing here? Don't listen to what anyone else says - if a girl's showing off her breasts or bottom, tummy or legs, it's because she wants you to look. She wants to get as many looks as she can and it (pathetic, but yes) contributes to her self-esteem. Send her out for the day in a sweatshirt and sweatpants and she'll be depressed and crabby as all hell (because no one's looking at her butt). I can't believe there are no pics with this story ...

What a cute girl. But what she's wearing - eek! Leave the red pantyhose for a more dramatic look, honey.

Are there no programs that offer support to single parents? Her stress level must've been off the charts, which is no excuse. Other single parents under extreme stress, usually financial, seem to make it through one way or another. One of my friends has a solution to this problem: sterilize all children at birth. When they want to start their own families, they need to go through an extensive process like adoption - lots of counseling, forms and home visits. If they pass, the sterilization process is reversed. Yeah, I know - never going to happen. My friend K. says, "Parenting is the most important job we'll ever do but we receive almost no training for it."

What is happening to the Ainu has already happened to my peeps. Do you really think we can some day accept one another and live peacefully? Or is that all just a pipe dream? Are we ultimately much too aggressive for such cooperation? The people of the earth are all one people. Will there be a day when we realize the truth of that?

I live in an area where there's strict conformism in dress, style, thought, music, etc., also meaning no gays or non-christians, so I support anyone who expresses their own personality and style. Don't like it? As long as they're not committing a crime, ignore them and get on with your life.

Sounds like your TV programming is as insipid as ours is over here. But! Do you have a talk show where the guests are all trailer trash screaming about who's having an affair with their cousin or a 30yo mother with 10 kids and she doesn't have a clue who any of the fathers are?? Of course, fist fights break out on a regular basis with plenty of hair pulling and the audience cheering them on. Young girls strip for their fathers. When your programming goes that low, you'll know you've hit true bottom.

This happened to me in a slightly different way - my neighbor, while I was on the phone. I was looking out the window and he - you know. Oh, man, I laughed. I actually doubled up on the floor from laughing and told my friend on the phone what was happening. She would've dashed over to my apt. but she lived across town. I'm sorry, dude, you tooks your chances and you just happened to flash me. My friend told me to open the window and say, "I've seen bigger vienna sausage!" But I couldn't, I was laughing so hard. Just an FYI to the flashers - she may be offended, or she may double over from laughing.

I used to go out with that guy - oh, wait, no! Oh, the hair fooled me for a moment. The body hair, not the head hair. No, this guy was a guitar player in a bar band. Hey, maybe that is him.

Scared of a chihuahua? A grown man? He's a full-sized man, right? The mind reels .... Incredible. Personally, I would've beat him like an ugly stepchild for touching my pet.

Yeah, I can see it now - some troll is trying to club my character and there's a mountain dew sticker on his club, he's wearing vans sneakers and a nicotine patch. We're fighting in front of a billboard for ninja gaiden. I can ignore pretty much anything, so I'm not too worried about it.

The only thing she could've done is gone into her apt and called the police as soon as he threatened to kill himself. In the U.S., the police would've arrested him. But then he would've been out of jail the next day and then what? It's not her fault he killed himself. You can't blame that on her. This rule applies to men, also, of course. Don't let her blackmail you by saying she's going to kill herself if you leave.

Would the clerk really raise his/her eyebrows at having 3 men and 1 woman check in? What business is it of theirs what kind of party their guests want to have? The men hide in the bathroom, closet or under the bed (I'd like to see them somewhere cramped); she takes the key, meets Mr. Cheating Husband, takes him back to the room - now this would be the point where front desk clerk would raise his/her eyebrows - she's bringing a 4th man into the hotel. If the clerk has seen it all, maybe that wouldn't raise an eyebrow. Oh, well. Different day, new crime.

Fan here. Would love a digital camera shaped like an H.K. head, mostly for my job - I take pics for a newspaper. Ppl think I'm serious & then I whip out my H.K. notepad and pink pen and start taking notes. I like her happiness and innocence. Not enough of that around here.

Similar thing happened here - bomb threat by a 15yo girl. She claimed innocence, saying that someone else told her to do it. She was punished. If she hadn't been, I would've started a petition to have her punished. We can't let people do these things and think they're funny or no big deal. It's not funny. It is a big deal. In Japan, is a parent or guardian responsible for their child under 18yo? If so, they should be charged as well.
