I to agree that what is down or damage was cheapily made & simply could not stand up to the storm. They chanced it & now they have to suffer it.

Since the early 50s I have been using what was called GWG jeans & preferred ones called "Red Strap" as it was made for working-men & not so much for looks. Being a worker myself on m/cs to you name it I needed the extra leg space to squat down to do the job or you name it.

Unfortunately my '06 Subaru 'Forester' came with two cup holders. Have found them ideal for the keys to the gun club gate to also the Clubhouse & indoor range for one.
The other holds a very small container of Tri-Flow oil I sometimes use in the winter time for the different locks.
Really have to wonder about the usless cup holders or other such brain waves to some of the engineers. Also for the interest of others I put all of my time/eyes on the road, to the traffic & not feeding my face with grease spoon food I never buy or coffee, things I do not do as I am not keen on having an automotive accident

Here in the heart of the Cdn Rocky Mountains we are subject to SNOW & that can mean a mess on your floor mats from the factory. I note Subaru has one portion of the floor mat hooked to the rear, STILL I like to toss in a rubber matt AND daily I haul it out & make sure it is clean & in the correct place.
Also have only used manual shifts in cars/truck, to m/cs so to me to slow down FAST I not only use my brakes, but am also shifting down, using the engine as part of he brake, & you SHOULD be in first gear when you are haulted behind a stop sign/red light or traffic still in front of you.
Unfortunately automatic transmission has made it TO easy for so many drivers & most will forget the easy to reach hand brake lever.

Well Sarge those in Chicago not wanting the summer Olympics are probably using their heads for look at this crises presently & it will not fad away over-night.
Canada was suckered into the Winter Games & most do not realize this, but it will take us Cdns 25 or more years to pay the massive debt through Federal & Provincial Govt taxes.

I would also say, even with the poor photo, one can see she has a slim body with muscles where needed.
I thought it was a line of clothing for sports to gym use only it was her videos & said whip. Well good to here if she can make a bit of money & ESPECIALLY if some women benifit from it.

It definately was a most interesting photo, for so many of us in North America knew nothing about this statue. Which means that photographers will be looking upon other weather, air to times of day to take photos of the statue. Definately quite impressive when one takes is the size alone.

Even when riding my motorcycle I find so often I need to stop, remove my helmet & clean the visor. Even then I keep an eye on the traffic for some driver might be looking at me & that is another reason for someone to steer into you. It is overly common to m/c riders that eye-fixcation will have a m/c rider RIDE where their eyes are & not with the traffic.

GG2141 I will fully agree with you for I have off to the side of the road for some reason or another, including replacing a flat tyre & find in very frightening in all cases. You simply do not know what can go wrong with those in the traffic.

Personally I would like to have the opportunity to take photos in such a lovely place, though would probably want a wide angle lens to take on the very flower I liked, at the time.

Well good for her if she is making a bit of money from the mentioned items, but stirfry is correct we were wearing them some 30 yrs ago. Even farther back in my span of life, & still wearing many of them.
Yes I wear freaky clothing, for a man, like jeans, to sweats to on hot days I am in baggy gym pants with many designs, to many variations of footwear when in becomes cold in the winter time here in Canada.

Any electrically powered car can be given something to add some sound to it that will warn those that are part blind, to being old, or the big one will be partially DEAF.
This is was a farming town now turning over to retired people & it is so common to have people driving on the sidewalks with these four wheeled invalid vehicles. Fortunately they are not fast, & people tend to be on the outlook for them. Still take the regular roads with bicycles, to scooters, to m/cs to petrol powered car & finally almost silent electric powered cars------that can be quite different for survival to those that are walking, crossing the street to J-walking, bicycle riding & so much more.

How much I would have liked to see her or other in their dance to the work with the ribbon. It truely is beautiful to see for I have seen some videos of parts of the above. Honestly this should be an Olympic program & forget some of the others that are so boring to almost senscless.

Photo shows him with a lot of muscle in the right arm to also a strong wrist & probaly larger then average Jpn people. So he does good in Jpn & is liked by others which is good for the sport along with him. Good photo of a young golfer that is liked by many in his home country.
