Hubby and I are avid cat lovers, so we hit a cat cafe in Odaiba. That one was not great at all. The cats looked like they were drugged half the time, some were in cages and the place smelled like cat pee. I will tell my hubby about this one and hopefully it's a better experience. Wish we could actually keep one,but our building does not allow pets :(

I don't see why the big fuss. The woman is in her 40's,not some young chippy. And he waited a while to marry, not jumped into it . Good luck to them.

Hey, if Kato-san can still get his swerve on at age 68, then more power to him. Age is just a number. I wish them the best of luck.

I'm holding out on the idea that she died from her body simply giving out from years of abuse and not OD-ing.
Either way, it's sad and I hope she found peace.
RIP Amy

No offense, but while everyone is arguing about parenting skills, tonight their are a set of parents who no longer have their son to hold or see grow up.
Be outraged at the school and staff who didn't do what they were supposed to be doing , not at each other here.
Let that sink in for a sec.......

30 kids to 2 teachers + a pool is a recipe for disaster.
People who are saying that we don't know the details that lead up to this: the kid was found face down in the pool. I think that is detail enough to show that someone was not doing their job.

I suggest wearing bikinis when you ride the train. It's insane when people get upset when you try to open a window.

Every time I see a square watermelon, it reminds me of an episode of ''The Simpsons'' when they come to Japan and Homer spends a lot of money buying one of these.
I think it's foolish to spend that amount of money on a watermelon.

This makes me think of the Al Pacino movie ''Simone'' . I find it kind creepy on all kinds of levels.

''LIVE FROM TOKYO!! IT"S SATURDAY NIIIIIIGHHHTT!'' Just doesn't have the same ring to it.
Loved old SNL , stopped watching when Will Ferrell left.
I would watch a ''Mr. Show with Bob and Dave'' marathon before watching SNL again or this mess.

I think Japanese women are really hard on themselves when it comes to body image. I have met Japanese girls who are literally beanpoles and still think they are fat. I just don't get it.
