Where did you even see that statement even said? Did you mean in general because I did not see anyone harping about it.

My husband is Japanese and I will tell you it wasn't easy. A bit of language barrier and my Latin temper made things interesting and challenging. But 4 years later we're still going strong. Getting together with other gaijin wives helped me alot.
I am definitely going to check this movie out...

First of all my condolences to the family. Second @womantowoman:Men aren't ''stolen''. They choose not to keep their vows and lay down with someone else.
Actually ,some of the wives ARE aware that their hubby are out catting around, but turn a blind eye because they enjoy the lifestyle they are living and money the husband brings home and why give it up? I knew one guy who's wife would pack his bag to go visit his ''mistress'' for the weekend. She enjoyed the lifestyle, but she didn't want to be bothered with ''the sex thing'' So it's unfair to blame it all on the female.

Men over 40 will settle for women nobody wants. Some idiots even made indecent proposals to me.
As they say in my hood ""Oh no you didn't''!!
Personally, I find your comment a bit mean, immature and offensive. You must be in your 20's or really hate older dudes. I'm 39 and my Japanese husband is 52. So he settled for me because no one else wanted me?Pfft!
Actually, I was married once before and had a few relationships after my divorce,so umm I didn't have problems finding a guy. After reading a few comments you put up here ,based mostly on generalization and assumption, I had to say something.
Girl, please grow up!

Tried to open an account when I lived there and it was a nightmare. Not too many people at the branch, but waited almost an hour. Customer service sucked. I said screw it,and left.
Not too bad of an experience with UFJ and Post Office account was smooth. At least UFJ has ATM's almost everywhere.

So I guess trying to ''scare straight'' delinquents doesn't exist here? Try showing them what a day in a Japanese jail would be like and I guarantee they will never pull that kind of stuff again.

Pin up girl? Really? They really use that term loosely in Japan.
My definition of pin-up was Bettie Page and Marilyn Monroe. Women who had meat on their bones.
