Sumo is a sport in every other country EXCEPT Japan. Here it's just another political mouth piece for the old foggies to sink their collective political teeth (dentures) into. Simply put, all sumoka are merely pawns to be sacrificed when necessary. The status quo must be maintained at all costs!! Such is the plight of this once honourable country.

As someone stated earlier, some "monster parents" are middle to upper class and well educated, from an academic point of view, but they are not necessarily the parents of "monster students." Many of these students are bright and consientious and wish that their parents would stop embarassing them in front of the school and other students. In many cases it is due to this "higher education" that they, the parents, feel they have the right to talk down to the teacher(s). Communication between the parents and the school is key.

Calls Friday night to Brewer spokesman Paul Senseman and Phoenix attorney John Bouma, who is defending the immigration law on the governor’s behalf, were not immediately returned.
What does 'not immediately returned' mean anyway!? They called back a couple hours later?...the next day?...following week?...I just don't get it everytime I see it in an article.

Do away with the offside. This would open up both sides of the pitch at the same time. Creating a "basketball game" effect where players must rush back to defend the possible "long bomb" pass.

Do they even speak English?
Wifey on the right is saying "So Nobuko, wanna go for a beer and let the men talk business?"
Wifey on the left is thinking, "Not in this era you yellow haired, high heel wearing barbarian." (Translated of course.)

Let me get this straight...
They're arresting this guy for GOING THROUGH A RED LIGHT!? If this is the case, then just in my 10 minute drive home from work, I witnessed no less than 5 people doing the same thing. Red lights in this country have absolutely no meaning in relation to stopping your car. Anyone that has lived in Japan for more than ten minutes can attest to that.
Simply ridiculous!
