These guys sold poisonous rice to make a profit. Jail overcrowding is unfortunate, and should be tackled, but these guys deserve to be there. At the very least it might encourage a few of the other companies out there to go straight.
Youdontknow, there was a riot in the recent past in a prison in Tokushima. Seems a prison doctor thought the prisoners didn't deserve any rights, and so started forcing anal inspections on them!

No word on criminal charges - funnily enough!
