Nagasaki is actually pretty foreigner friendly. Definitely all of the places mentioned above are more than welcoming to foreigners.
I would love to hear where "wakarimasen" is going for more "fun". But I've been to Nagasaki 40 times so I would be surprised if he really knew any "gems" that weren't listed in this article. Feel free to give us your insights "wakarimasen"...
