I would not buy shares in anything whatever. I have loaned people money to start up businesses where banks refused to lend. i do not consider this to be gambling, though i suppose there was a risk to me. However it was a risk i could easily afford, and nobody would have suffered if the business plan failed.

I run a business, but it is no Microsoft. If i lived extravagently, i would not have money, and i would have to force my staff to work harder for less wages, and that is morally wrong, though these days sadly it is an accepted practice.

Caveman lawyer- do not insult me, you make youself look a fool and envious of my status. I am the richest, because of my hard workung nature. I do not live an extravegant life. i drive a small eco friendly car, i do not buy designer clothing and i vacation infrequently.

I have never bought shares, my religous beliefs equate it with gambling, and only a few will benefit while the majority suffer.

We are being bailed out because of corporate greed, people without morals mean myself and future generations will pay because of their greed. The evil swines should live a decent moral life and be humble.

This guy needs re-educating. my hunch is he isn`t a regular church goer. The guy need some guidance to rid him of his perversions.

He should compenstae the couple out of his future earnings, if he is still employed.

He followed the wrong path, the moral path would have ensured he would not have considered such perversions.

cavemanlawyer- why should i stop being rich, when i ahve worked almost everyday since leaving school. This crisis is caused by rich shareholders (mostly Democrats) who cream off hard working folks cash into their own pockets.

I shall maintain my modest standard of living, and avoid get rich uick property buying or share buying that many were hoodwinked into by greedy bankers.

kaminarikeizai- what if Germany had a similar shrine to pay respects for german war dead, and HItler and his thugs were interred. Would that be acceptable, even though the world would be outraged.

Destroy the Shrine, it is evil , it promotes Japanese propaganda, WWII weaponary, and makes Japan look the victim.

The p;ace is pathetic and a diasgrace to Japan.

China has aplace telling Japanese prime ministers where they can and cannot go. They complain due to Asian condemnation of the visits, due to Japanese politicians incompetence.

Sarge- great post. a reminder that we must be ready and able to defend ourselves at all time. We must never let our guard down.

If we need to attack rogue states, then so be it. The force of good that we promote, needs to be established where we deem a threat must be eliminated.

I didn't vote for anyone in the military, thus they should have nothing to do with howmy government works. Anti-democratic military and police forces etc must be resisted at all times.

marvenp; Two posts fuelled entirely by envy of those of us living the American Dream.

McCain will enable me to look after my staff well and make sure they are happy members of society with fullfilled working lives.

My education is no concern of yours. I write my posts whilst working, so i rush. I just try to make my point , but those to petty or ignorant to see that need not read them

Caveman- get with the program man, don't let your envy of success stories like my family blind you.

I work on average 14 hours a day, sometimes 7 days a week. My staff all earn a mnimum of 10 USD an hour, paid vacations and sick, christmas bonus and some live in apartments i own for less than 300 USD a month.

McCain is the right guy for hardworking folk like me, he realises that we are responsible for supporting our communities.

Heck, i've even taken a couple of homeless guys off the street and housed and employed them. I am doing things the Republican way, working hard and thinking of others, not moaning because i don't have a good tv or whatever.

CavemanLawyer- Your ideas are certainly in the stone age. Hee Hee! People are rich by working hard and living moral lives. We are the richest family in our communitty, have been for decades, and we pay are staff well above min wage.

People like myself, are the motor, we employ, and morally we are responsible for ordinary folks welfare. Our riches are spraed amongst reglar folk, and everyone benefits.

If the poorest were given more money, it wouldbenefit, drug drealers, bar owners and strip joints.

McCain is correct, brave and moral, i trust him to run my country.

SushiSake3- The working class should pay their fair share of taxes. They are working , not middle class as they were too idle at school to be able to hold down a decent job.

The engineof the country are the wealthy and high earning middle class, they are the people who mcCain looks after best, and so he should.

Sarge and Moderate- Well said guys. Only the low wage, work shy lake of motivation people will gain from Obama's tax cuts. Us hard working decent folk will be worse off.

McCain looks after those who work hardest, and stimulate the economy, not deadbeats.

SushiSake3- Palin need not be out there campaigning, the victory for McCain is assured. Obama cannot catch up, and many Democrats wouldnever vote for a man of color.

Get over it guys, Republicans shall be victorious yet again!
