How very rude, condescending, and uppity. We all have different goals in life and different things satisfy us to the core. Some respect is in order.
Plenty of women have murdered by men who took them for a ride by taking advantage of what you call "soul and spirituality". Didn't make them any less a fool, did it?
I see no reason why sex and spirituality cannot both be enjoyed at the same time anyway. It just so happens that men like to start with sex. Its biological. Get us past that and we can move over into spiritualiy much easier. A woman who just quicky dismissed a man for being focused on sex at first just strikes me as a spoiled lazybones not willing to put the time in to make a man happy.

Both sides of the nature vs. nurture argument have made good points. You know why? Because you are both right!
But just because for some gays, homosexuality was more learned does not make it a "choice". What your subconcious latches onto is not a choice. And while there may be predisposition to homosexuality in the genes, there is no "gay gene".
And I think some of you also fail to appreciation that each gay person is different from the next, even in the causes of their gayness, just like bis and straights are all different in their reasons for being so.
Its a very complex picture that so many of you seem to be trying way too hard to make simple.
This commercial could well influence some girls toward lesbianism. However, so could a million over things that have been doing that since pre-history. Big deal. Get over it I say. Life will go on.

Related? Related how? Such a bland statement like that makes me think that even a statement like "marijuana is good for you, fun and safe" was right up with what the coppers wanted erased.
Maybe the cops should spend more time trying to think of ways to protect our free speech than shut it down? I got more important things to worry about that some guy doing drugs on his own time anyway. And so, I would prefer the police adjust their priorities accordingly.

Its a website. It does not explode, shoot bullets, throw knives, drop and crush people, mug people, chase people down, or set them on fire. Its nothing but speech and expression. "Shut it down" are three words I would expect to hear from Chinese Communist Party leaders, not someone here on the net enjoying his own freedom of speech.

The first time I picked up a loaded gun, I was ten. It was heavy. I don't think I could have managed it at four except to put so much muscle in to it there is no way I could have aimed it at the broad side of a barn.
This may well have been an accident where the kid only meant to scare his dad or take the gun away to annoy him. And yeah, I can hear the cop question the four year old now, leading him on with yes or no questions, like, did you shoot your father because he did not bring home the PS3? Cops are really good at that, and a lot of people are in jail for kids' stories fed to them by a stupid presumptuous cop who knows about as much about psychology as a goldfish.

Sensationalism sells spudman, not values. If there is a lesson to be learned by this story, the press has nothing to gain by teaching it, lest it not happen again, and deny some scuzzbucket his front page story.

Well Frungy, how about playing around all night, with no sleep, and being behind the wheel in the morning when kids are going to school? I don't think having a license would have actually helped anyone so irresponsible.
Its simple. The law determines the definition of minor. Society determines the definition of man. Politicians don't get to play with the dictionary and everyone is happy. He can legally marry, can father children, could have legally had a license to drive, and can reach the petals and still see out the windshield. Sounds like a man to me even if the law foolishly calls him a minor.
That said, I hope they try the fool like the adult he is.

Well, isn't that special? I was speaking of men in general, not your circle.
How did this get to be about me?
Its a fine line, but basically, the woman acts innocently when they first meet and everywhere but in bed. Hopefully she won't have to prod hom for sex, but this can be gently and subtly done. Actually just asking "Don't you want to kiss me?" would probably be enough to get the ball rolling.
As for the disparity between acting innocent but knowing sex tricks, trust me, most guys won't think about it twice. And if they do, the woman can just say she read it in a book, or say that she heard guys like that or whatever. Really, any excuse will do.
It is a good point. Of course my post was not meant to be a complete guide. Some manner of hard to get does help for sure. But its easy to over do it. Adding that in the mix can be as easy as spacing out dates, cancelling dates sometimes, etc. It need not be pushing him away, telling him no, etc.

Hardly. Many gay people want kids and know how to make babies. The population would surely decline, but the end? No.
That is a highly subjective statement right there. I would bet a pretty penny that if you raised a group of boys or girls to be gay, including going so far as to create for them a community of only homosexual couples of their sex, 90 percent would show no interest in the opposite sex if they saw them for the first time at 18.
Nuture is about as significant as nature, maybe even more so in humans. But still, pushing the panic button over this commercial is over the top.

I will take the "unabashed sexual hunger", but hold the "murderous intent" please!
And ladies, getting men is really easy. Act innocent. Follow his lead. Nudge him a little for sex if he does not get the hint. (Ask to be taken to a hotel). Refuse nothing in bed. Learn some sex tricks of your own.
And if you really and truly love the sex, you will outshine any woman who doesn't no matter how pretty she is...unless you are truly horrible looking.

At 4 am?
But what further danger was that person in? Did they think the driver would slow down, stop, then back over her?
Murdoch is very desperate to protect the police here. He might also have a screw loose.
I don't have any problem with such reckless car thieves getting shot, but I do question the Hollywood style method used to stop the car. A hail of bullets is dangerous too. So is a speeding car with an incapacitated driver. I think the police were lucky no one else was hurt due to their actions. Next time, use roadblocks and caltrops.
