I cannot remember the last Olympics held in S. America. They should have their turn.
Japan had the Nagano Olympics, the U.S. had Salt Lake City, Greece represented Europe while South America is batting a goose egg in my memory of recent Olympics.

At first when I looked at the picture, the workers looked like a weird Gandam robot.
The two workers working on the bottom looked like legs, the one guy in the middle looks like the torso and three workers on top looked like the arms.
