I cannot understand the thinking of people who want to severely cut government spending. For some reason, they think they will get their services cheaper and better.
They would rather pay FEDEX $10 to send grandma a Christmas card because they think the 43 cents from the U.S. Postal Service is communism or something like that.
We're not talking about America's best and brightest here.

You know, for once in my life, I think I might actually see justice done. I really think the murdoch's and their employees may have been too arrogant in their business practices and their actually going to pay a price for it.
Let justice be done. Hooray!

I have to admit to a certain fascination with hactivism. I don't have anywhere near the required computer skills to be a hacker but it fascinates me.

Boy is that a loaded statement. Like has been mentioned upthread, it wasn't cars that almost got me killed while riding bicycle in Japan, it was other bike riders. From riding down the wrong side of the road to not watching where they are going, most Japanese on a bicycle are a danger to themselves and everyone around them.

Nor should they be interested in creating wealth. They should be interested in creating jobs. Remember when Agent Orange (boehner) promised us jobs? Remember when those bush tax cuts were supposed to deliver us jobs?
DIdn't work out so well, did it? The only job boehner has created is his pesonal caddy position and the bush tax cuts didn't create anything but wealth for the already wealthy. They didn't help the middle class or lower class at all.

If the allegations are true that his people hacked 9/11 victims phones, his trouble has officially spread to the United States.
Hey breitbart, how about getting back on topic and posting about Rupert Murdoch. Your attempts to obfuscate the subject are lame.

I find it hard to trust such an obviously vague statement.
If I blog for JT, will it lead me to a paying position elsewhere? Can you guarantee that? You say "trust us" but we can't even get a consistent moderation policy here yet you want people to trust you about a possible career choice?
Hmmm.....

Does that mean the TSA would screen fat people differently than thin people? Are Americans ready to profiled as potential threats based on their weight? Let's face facts, a fatty American is a better candidate to be carrying a body bomb than a thin middle easterner. Who could hold the bomb easier? Who is a better candidate? Personally, that is something I would almost like to see for the unintentional comedy value.

Considering the difficulty in pulling this off and the link that Farmboy shared, I really see this as a Chertoff graft from the govt. using security as a ruse.
Fear sells well.

No where in the story was the actual name of the holiday mentioned. Today, America celebrates Independence Day, not the 4th of July. The 4th of July is a day on a calenday for every country. Independence Day is an American holiday.
Sorry. Pet peeve.
