why are japanese officials upset? japan should be proud of its past in general, but should also have the decency to acknowledge any past cruelty, and have the courage to say "i'm sorry", and get over it. german officials do not get upset because of hitler. germany does not deny the monster hitler, and that almost all of the german people at the time supported the monster. please grow up japan, you are a great culture, don't join the ranks of the turkish officials denying armenian genocide, of the iranian officials denying the jewish holocaust.

this is such a blatant example of how far many info-manipulator news papers and magazines have gone in the direction of money making, with no respect to reporting truth. truth has always been hard to come by. this example of NEW$WEEK is soooooo pukable.

... who is currently pregnant with the child of 27-year-old Back-On guitarist Kenji03...

i find this wording funny: it's the way you would refer to a female dog in heat that was put together with some boy-dog because you want their puppies. and unless you make some DNA test you'll never be sure about the who's the father. the most you can say is "allegedly pregnant with..." But most important of all, she's a beauty, and I hope she's happy, and wish her and the future baby well.

a geek comment: of course it is not "mind controlled" in any direct way. up to now, all BCI (brain-computer interface) devices work because of muscle movement artifacts, such as scalp or face or tongue movement that produce signals much stronger than those from the brain. what this means is that unless you twitch your nose or real ears or move your tongue or scalp, it won't work.

i think different from the author. following the author's logic, we don't need no government for social things. let it all be private and we'll solve all problems. but such a model should be applied to the world, why limit it to japan? no more control by any institution, no institutions, competition will be a kind of "survival of the best". imagine that: best schools, best hospitals, best transportation, all thanks to absolutely no control, all in private hands, anyone can be a teacher, doctor, whatever, and only the best ones will prevail. i think not, actually it's the wort pseudo-solution i've heard in a while.

i pity them, poor girls, or rather rich and exploited girls. they are hardly being used for entertainment anymore, you see them mostly doing commercials, and soon they will show up in your soup, while flushing the toilet, and so an...

the only problem with your hipad2 is that it's not a phone, me thinks. your arm would get a bit tired if you'd have to hold a private phone call with an hipad2

Some Japanese girls cannot walk gracefully in high heels and end up walking pigeon-toed.

what is graceful in the west might mean nothing here in japan. i find japanese women are different, and to me, more graceful in how they move and walk than the western ladies adhering to their standards of gracefulness

lately mikro$oft makes most of its money from extortion of all androyd phone makers. now poor poor mikro$oft must pay patent money to motolola and they are crying foul. this is a fight involving only bullies that can't control their greed.

is this really just japan? are japanese so cruel to each other? is it part of their genetic makeup to harass? is this the society of the worst bullies in the universe, at all levels, from childhood throughout life till your dead and maybe beyond? i don't think this is the case.

next "overreaction" will be to shoot down the plane. sick humans need more consideration, not a 3 hour wait. if they are so paranoid why don't they lock themselves up, close all ports. and they can live happily ever after

poor sony and others, where are you? no smart tv from japan? i hope japanese smart tvs won't be as dumb as most japanese cell phones without android, where you need about 10 key presses to get to the messages box or to set a wakeup alarm.

the word "defector" sounds accusative, as if they were criminals. this almost gives my the right to call defectors all who disagree with my posts here.

i have the upper hand, they don't. they profit from profit, not from producing anything useful, and that's ok with me, i don't buy from their advertisements (which is their blood and lifeline). i take advantage of their apparently generous free offerings, without giving in to the advertisements for the masses. thank you google and facebook.
