Blaming western influences is just an excuse, every country has problems, and it's no good to say things have gotten worse because of someone else. In the past girls were to be married off to a man they didn't know at around the age of 15, teen pregnancy anyone? Drugs weren't illigal in the past and were even given to kids. Suicides have gone up, maybe because people are telling them how to succeed. The real things that have gone up are public awareness and age restrictions.
I agree about better moral education though.

**It's a shame they can't get more support, there are alot of problems with the legal system and rape cases even here in America. The wheels of justice turn very slowly.
