I played with one a few months ago. There's a 3D slider that let's you choose how 3D you want it (how "deep") which I found pretty interesting. However I could see myself getting headaches after prolonged use, and I'm guessing pre-3D games only work in 2D?

First of all, if these natural disasters were really "divine punishment" then why are these useless politicians still alive?

That was a really stupid thing to do. They didn't have 200 yen for the bus? One goes from Sakae to right near the airport/base. As CrazyJoe said, they could have also walked - it's doable.
Also Sakae is not a "ku". Sakae is in Naka-ku.
