I think this is a terrible idea. Most young Japanese these days haven't a shred of responsibility. If anything the age of adulthood should be raised to 30 or higher.

Good that they are doing this, Japan charges U.S/ Foreignors off the wall prices for something a national could get cheaper.....we dont do this in the US. Prices are the same for any nationality.
