Starviking: Northern Isalnd does not celebrate St Patricks day, unless you include the minority Roman catholic community.

Why celebrate in Tokyo? How many Irish are there? Not many, just a money making scam.

Am i the only expat in Japan who didn'T grace"Uni". Done alright for meself, work for myself and don'T answer to any divvy boss. Universities are usually to get a degree so they and their mama and pap's can show off about it. Japanese universities are even worser in this respect.

rollonarte: Any British who do celebrate are not deserving of their BRitish passports. Celebrating Iralnds St Paddy's day whilst innocents alr slaughtered is a disgrace. I hope all the St Patricks night parades are failures, they deserve to be.

Celebrating whilst ones countrymen are committing acts of terrorism is a slap in the face of the innocent victims. A mark of respect should be made, not a party, where the murders are ignored. I and many British find this parade and othe St Patricks day parades around the world today distastefull after the resumption of terrorist attacks by pro Eire nationalists.

This event should be cancelled following the 2 soldiers murder and now the Policemans murder in ULster.

The Tokyo parade should be cancelled and those who would atend should reflect and mourn the recently dead, maybe satrt a fund for the dead.

This is the wrong time for Irish to be seen celebrating, it is a scandal.

The BBC reports that many catholic REpublicans not seeing unification with Ireland are starting to support the IRA again.

The government and military must prepare well to defend liberty, freedom and democracy.

Let's hope these terrorists will face British justice soon, as will those who assist and support them.

I hope the loyalists do not committ revenge attacks, they shouldn't lower themseleves to Republican leveles of inhumanity.

likeitis: I see you cannot answer my question. You cannot bring yourself to condemn these terrorists, how terribly sad in these troubled times.

likeitis: We have had thousands of our country men murdered by these terrorists, if they think they can make a comeback , think again. The British are indeede blameless. 2 dead 2 injured by terrorists and you think Britain is to blame, you must be nuts.

If America has a group lead by a major religion committing terrorist attcks, see how they would react.

Britain is blameless and is a force for good in Ireland. Southern Irish for years have been avble to live on British welfare and stay in Britain without visas, at the same time the Irisg givt was shielding and refusing to hand over IRA terrorists to Britain.

NOW TELL ME WHO IS TO BLAME!!!

The majority in NI voted to remain under British control, asthey would be mudrdered by the Catholics. NI is a democracy that the republicans are trying to destroy., That is terrorism , do you support that, or are the evil IRA freedom fighters? Yawn....

likeitis: If we has a smash em up attitude we would have killed the lot ,we had to capabilities. If we were like America or Israel we would have done. Britian has provided prosperity to Ireland North and South, they have achip on their shoulder in Ireland, though the young are seeing sense and seeing the good in the English. Innocents were killed yestereday, nothing to do with Britain attitude, everything to do with catholic violent and nationalistic evil.

NI, is part of the UK, and they better behave and follow our laws or we may have to have a strong troop prescene back on the streets.

likeitis: There are victims on an almost daily basis by the IRA. They are gangsters who kill rival drug dealers and kneecap even kids who are "alledged to have grassed to the police". No is the time to finally stamp out these thugs. If they want to be free from British reign , then go to Southern Island and don't attack our innocent troops, nor forgetting 2 innocent pixxa delivery men. How low can the IRA sink. There are still thousands of catholics who support these tactics. Make sure the soldiers didn'T die in vain, satmp out and smash the IRA, with whatever methods are available.

YangYong: You are being an irritant. I am not a young man. I have dealyt with IRA and they are scum, routhless gangsters. I have only written facts, about these supposed "religous catholics" who maimed and killed thousands to vainly try to gain control of British held N Ireland. They failed once and if they are planning to start gain, they again will fail.

The only thing inflammatory, are the IRA murderers. YangYong, think of the victms and their families and the thousands of others since the early 70's at these evil doers hands.
