But the Democrat Party is so self-serving that we know their reconciliation is based on lobbyist money. The Democrat party can never be trusted to serve anyone but their rich friends in big business.

Typical Democrat Party thinking. Bush acted with concessions, and had the agreement of both parties on all decisions. He never had to resort to reconciliation, which the Democrats will do, and then will face the rage of the American people at the polls.

Rudd's political grandstanding will only lose him votes. I, for one, am boycotting all Aussie products until this stops. This is the greatest threat to Japanese sovereignty since the US naval blockade. Foreign countries have no right to tell us what to eat.
