  The basic issue is piss-poor leadership. You can tell that by the recent spikes in General Officers getting into troubles. I bet after couple of court-martials and bad conduct discharges, the problems on Oki will fix itself.

  Japan better rethink. The PRC would NEVER think "mutually beneficial" ties regarding the Islands. The Japanese government spoke-person must be smoking that new herbs shit. Why would the PRC, with her economic and military power, share potential resources under the Islands with Japan? Overnight, the PRC could land troops on the Islands and Japan will be unable to do anything expect scream to the world.

  The Taliban are just ignorant men with little or no formal education. That is the real reason why Taliban would prevent girls from going to school. They don't want the girls growing up into educated women and know better than their men. Their imans are just as stupid or cunning. The imans control the ignorant men, they in turn whip the girls and women folks into ignorance. Centuries old customs for the religious fools to keep power.

  Wow!!! I can't believe that JP cops didn't arrest those fools for flying kites near the Osprey. I bet if protesters tried that stunt at the airport with civil planes, they would have never been allowed to fly those big kites. The US should never have returned Okinawa to Japan and kept it under Occupation rules to use the islands as a giant aircraft carrier.

  About time JP stood on its own feet. First, get rid of the SDF. You can't project power with a self-defense force. Get a real military and other countries would think twice before beating up on JP. Also, forget about bowing heads and saying sorry for her part in war. That part of JP history is done and gone.
