I was going to choose "yes" - Obama should visit. But then today some Japanese politicians visited the shrine. Then I was instantly reminded about WW2 and what Japan did to human beings. I selected "no" - Obama should not visit those places.

Not all Japanese women have nice skin. It's a bad generalization.
Prevalence of "nice skin" or "beautiful people" (both subjective) is largely linked to economic progress of a country. Richer citizens means better quality of life and therefore more time and money to spare on health, beautiful and of course, cosmetics.

The ESC will be quite difficult to implement given that there are territorial disputes, different political systems, historical issues and also "East Asia(n)" isn't clearly defined. India definitely isn't an East Asian country nor is Australia but they might be included into the "ESC".
