We have the music program 'Music Station' here. In terms of melodies, beats and stuff - they all sound the same to me, honestly - quite boring sometimes, lyrics - have no idea since I do not understand Japanese. Somehow, I feel Jpop/rock is quite unique, in terms of style,outfits,looks...it's fun to watch...Arashi & NEWS are my favourite groups but then also wonder why Johnny's boys always have the same dance routine, now or back then like a decade ago... how strange ! Also questioning whether Japanese pop/rock music has any progress at all in recent years or the last decade.... Only few Japanese pop/rock singers caught my true attention, actually very rare.
