Hillary reminds me a lot of Nova Corp. Promising a whole lot that can't or won't be delivered. Anything to win strategy. This promise to throw 7 billion dollars a year to create jobs sounds like pie in the sky to me.
She pushed FOR NAFTA as telephone records from her time in office clearly showed. No one in any office at that time ever remembers her saying ANYTHING against it to anyone.
IMO: Even IF she were to try push for such a bill, it would go nowhere because she will likely be too abrasive, using "Shame on you" speeches won't win her support in congress. Also, big business isn't likely to just sit by and allow anyone to take away their silver spoons so easily. They will find loopholes in her plan, and still won't pay much in taxes, so the real source of the supposed $7 Billion will be the average Joe, paying higher taxes. and likely only those who support Hillary in June or November will get the money, even if they are also sending jobs overseas as well.
