Like I said, they're basically idiot-proof. Bottomline, whatever the outcome of using the AED it's better than leaving the patient alone to either die or suffer brain damage/paralysis.

If you can, show me an instance where a high-ranking Japanese government official (like this ROK prime minister) visited the Senkaku/Diaoyutai Islands at all, let alone with the intention of asserting sovereignty.

My thoughts exactly. In my experience 9 times out of 10 when a bag is 'lost' it was never loaded on to the flight to begin with. Not surprised it's being blamed on Narita though...
