Agreed - what a waste of space, and this is a limited-time offer? Most lower-end hotels already include both, most middle and upper already charge for it, and people that stay at such places can afford to have Y1000 tacked onto the bill for internet access.

A lot of you are under the misapprehension that the Engrish is supposed to make sense to English speakers or be grammatically correct - ain't and ain't. Most of it is aimed at Japanese speakers and it's just meant to sound or look good or have some exotic foreign cachet…
