It was 1984 when I was studing in The United States (Texas A&M University), when I saw for the first time, a mother walking in a Mall, using a leash to keep her son safety. Now we are in 2009. There’s nothing new, or wrong with that..
And as the commentary from: papasmurfinjapan: “Japanese parents can never do anything right, can they?”, You know, Many people think the same everywhere!, not only in Japan. We can not expect everybody agree with us. Mexico!
