The guy was probabaly at the shrine pratying that no-one in hos family get hirt in the typhoon. Ironic, eh? In tokyo this was pretty much a non-event.

Hiroshima is not unique in going on and on about what hwppened, how unfair/inhumane it was, how deserving of our everlasting sympathy they are etc etc. However the whole victim mentality thing does wear a little thin after a while. Not sure what having a Prez visit the site achieves…
