Waste of time and money and, more importantly, a blight on the lives of those who live in the area. Legalise, tax and watch this go away.

Yes expensive, but top end food is all over the world. And not just Japanese - some of the starred Western cuisine place are just fabulous. As for it being a fetish, sure. for some it is a hobby and a great pleasure to be pampered and eat great food and drink fine wine. No different to spending koney on extreme sports or cycling stuff or holidays or whatever. Tokyo has great restaurants - another facet of being a truly great city.

Once the richer of the two Koreas, the North has suffered over the years from the loss of Soviet aid, economic mismanagement and natural disasters that destroyed its precious few resources.????
Basically the decline is due to mismanagement.

Interesting to see if they ever get any other movie work (except straight to DVD stuff). Rumour is Rowling is thinking of a couple more books and that we may even find out that Harry and Ron are closet lovers (explains soooo much).

Long time sine the US was really the land of the free. Only need to look at the reams of laws making practically every form of behaviour an offence of some sort, the draconian pennalties cops have at their disposal (asset seizure anyone?, the way cops act towards suspects (look at all the shows on TV glorifying cops smacking down, tasering etc suspects) and the condescending way politicos treat the elctorate and you can see US is already pretty unfree and undemocratic.
