Seems like a bit of a waste in both cost and technology. You could do all of what the drone does with the existing supply of cruise missiles in stock by slightly enhancing the guidance section, add an extended range booster, and maybe enhancing the warhead - for less than what costs to development and fly this drone. Nothing but saber rattling.
