  That would be true if people had common sense; however, the concept of common sense died out about 40 years ago.

  There are many hardcore anti-China presidential candidates for 2012 election

  That's a good one. They'll always talk a lot of trash as a candidate (regardless of their political party affiliation), but somehow they'll radically change their tune (or go mute on the entire subject) once they get into office.

  Why not just launch a couple of Global Hawks or Predator drones over international waters to confirm your suspicions? Then you can use those crisis management mechanisms to simply make a phone call to China just to give them an ear full of it.

  He should have went to Vegas. At least they would have comped the trip over there and paid provided him with some type of executive package, and possibly a decent sewing package from the concierge.

  Ch'yeah...like breaking a leg bone always stops a baby from crying. Would say something about this pitiful excuse of a father, but I'll leave that meaty bone to the JT gang to chew on. On a side note, I wonder why police didn't investigate the original complaint of abuse back in July?

  Ha! This coming from the same person who made statements that the state of Mississippi gave too many concessions to lure Japanese automakers to his state. Throw a Dollar at this guy, and he'll do and say anything for you.

  I fail to see how 2500 Marines in Australia somehow fundamentally alters the balance of power between the US and China, when the military population of neighboring India is a little more than 2000000 than of China's.
