    I believe in abortion, and have paid for it several times. Should be any ones rights. Age 55 for medicaid? So, that means if you have Japanese National Insurance, but are an American, you can go to the states and claim you have no insurance and get medicaid to cover it, and then take copies of medical treatment with receipts and turn it in for reimbursement at the local ward office here? wow. Cool

    That statement is incorrect. The frontal cortex development is finalized years before 20.

    He is not wrong. He is right and it is well documented. Please look up some ed psych of adolescent development.

    Sexting should only be for adults, as we are smart enough not to put our face on cam or in front of a camera while totally nude, and excited at that.

    I have complained in restaurants here...did so last Saturday actually. But, I asked to talk to the head chef in private. He offered to buy me a new meal. I said no way, but please take my suggestion seriously, and I paid for the meal. Maybe the Japanese should study how us polite foreigners make complaints and follow suit. (But then again, a boss in a company here will lay into a worker right in front of everyone, but we do not do that...use a private office to register the problem)

    I did not see anything about taxing people in this article, so what gives? Personally I love hot and human weather. With rising seas, think of all the structural economics which will be needed and create jobs. Sounds like a plus in my book.
