Laguna, most of these loans are transferred to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. My got got a letter saying it was transferred to Freddie Mac. He did not ask for it they just did it. So he will have to pay the ah fees? About the 2%, the world will not end if OASDI is raised. Ending the "discount" will help balance the budget and I think it should be raised.

@JohnBecker, yes I agree with you on this issue. If they do not yield then the coast guard should of opened fire. I the ship is sunk or people hurt too bad. Otherwise they might as well try and catch them with butterfly nets. Second they need to take the boat and crew, once processed after their court etc, they can return to Japan. Their fishing boat becomes property of the state if found guilty.

@CHuan Then keep those Japanese war-hawks and ultra-nationalists contained and away from high government positions if Japan is so civilized
I have heard the Japanese Coast Guard and Maritime self Defense Force call a lot of thing but not these terms. They had every right to put a shot in front of it or disable the ship. However they did the "humane" thing and wore them down.

Serrano, tells me a power struggle is in progress. Open your mouth wrong and if a different side wins it is off to the camps. So they are looking after the interest of the kids. As for Kim, he is now beyond receiving punishment by man. It is in hands now and not my business. Sure I can go Blah, blah and blah but thinks its serves no purpose. The people of North Korea need to find their own way.

My guy thinks the "jar heads" are perfect for that sort of mission. Though I am not sure why Marines are called that since jars holds stuff. Anyhow if the Americans think the Chinese will attack them then they need to send more ships and get Japan to change the law. It really is a matter of interpretation with the spineless in Tokyo thinking it means do nothing. Foreign policy is to put their heads on the ground and their rears in the air. As for the Minister of Defense he has his hindquarters where his headquarters should be.

Hmm America should build a base on the Senkaku islands. The Americans should station a company of Marines there as a "tripwire". They call Okinawa "The Rock" and they should be introduced to the real thing. My guy adds that strict enforcement of General Order #1 (no drinking) should be done. Everything the Marines need can be brought in on boats. Add a few helicopter pads and it is all set. If they complain "suck it up Marine!" You volunteered! Once this is done the Marine bases on Okinawa can be closed. Oh they do nothing for the defense from North Korea. Does anyone really expect the North to fire missiles at Okinawa?

So once the EU dies they can become client states of Russia with the exception of UK. Oil and Gas imports will put the continental EU into bondage.

All foreign aid should be dropped. Then cancel the whaling but would have to anyway once the bribes are not paid. How about a program for energy efficiency? Make it mandatory for new construction and so long for older structures. The NHK collectors could be part of enforcement. Lastly have leadership pull its head out of its deleted. Oh yea raise tobacco taxes!

I do not think he is a "hero" but what the American military did to him was shameful. In treating him he should be presumed innocent until being found guilty. They tortured him as a form of punishment. Depriving him of his basic human rights. If he is so guilty why did it take a year and a half to go to trial? The worst of it so much of the trial will be closed for "security". I think after his confinement and punishment, he should be found guilty, reduced to an E-1, dishonorably discharged. Oh America is not at "war" again when was a declaration of war done and against whom?

Japan is in crisis, a power shortage and a lot of the land damaged by the tsunami and earthquake. 100 thousand plus homeless and radioactive contamination. If South Korea hates us fine, if they want to be our foe. Again that does not bother me. Even if money is paid it will never be enough. Time to put our hind ends down and heads up. The war is history, the crimes done by our ancestors.
