In many countries he would. Some consider a life a life don't matter if it is human or animal.

Personally, don't like Chihuahua, etc myself a dog is bigger, those are just annoying yappers and noise polluters.

    Flame me.

I like Kotooshu but don't think he got what it takes to make Yokozuna.

If he doesn't win this basho he has to do it the hard way.

To me it looks like an accident.

Ok, scenario here: She started to feel dizzy/sicker stood up slipped and hit her head becoming unconscious. Just as viable as the murder/suicide and even murder scenarios posted here.

Like I said before, I have been on such trips before. Sounds like she and her child traveled alone to spend a weekend/day with friend/families.

She hit the spa by herself as she had no other female companion with her, who most likely had a great time with their kids doing other stuff. Guys and gals bath separate here(most times).

I know that because I am asked to go this year because I am available and can take care of the 6+yr olds guys who can no longer join their mothers on the womens side.

Bad situation as NOBODY else joined the spa at a time that could have saved her. Which also excludes murder as those outdoor spas are freely accessible and people can come and go at any moment.

    Just my view.

    memyselfi.

I feel for you. Hate to see my own country-men make fools of themselves at holiday-resorts, etc.

When they approach I can't understand my mother-tongue and speak some other language and am from somewhere else.

Said, that military personnel like internatonal business travelers, tourists, etc are ambassadors to their countries/companies/etc and thus should show their best sides.

Having been in military service myself I know how good it feels to go off-base and let loose a bit but there are still standards to uphold.

    Did some research into it.

Just a small software program that allows you to use internet searches to get more data on programs you are watching via your digital TV-tuner on the PC.

No improvement on picture quality, etc and it only works with some tuners and you need to download and install the soft yourself.

I already got a MPEG encoder for my PC and can watch TV and even cable on it.

    Give it a pass.

I think I read something about some american companies offering employees a deal where they to put company logo/ads on the cars in exchange for free fuel.

The quoted the cost for the vinyl stickers to be something like $3000/car. Which I think would cover most of the car including the windows partly.

But as was said, everytime you buy and wear/use a "brand" good you become a "FREE" advertising board for the company, except we get no kick-backs.

    Don't have a definite one.

From the US: Batman (like how he is not so super-duper as the other guys) From the UK: Judge Dredd and Nemesis from 2000Ad. From France/Belgium: Asterix & Obelix. Yoko Tsuno, and a few others.

Said that when we were kids we didn't read so much comics but more "Heftromane" like the weekly Perry Rhodan, etc. Those were cheap and we often bought 3 or 4 per week spanning different genres.

I did it once and must say once is enough.

Not really a very interesting mountain to climb and the food and accomodation at the hut. Lets just not say anything about those.

Yeah, it gets cold towards the top and at night.

I agree you will need training.

Same way that you will need training to properly asses the situation and react correctly when the adrenalin/shock sets in. Once you panic your reactions and judgement has become impaired already.

With a shotgun you can load non-lethal rounds.

I have done quiet a bit of research into that and wouldn't trust your average guy to act correctly. Yes, they will all claim "Better to be judged by 12 than be carried by 6" yet don't know what that statement actually refers too.

Lots of the Newspaper Delivery guys are actually University students.

Those delivery outlets will let them have a room, meals and some spending money in exchange for doing deliveries/helping out. The guys usually live upstairs above the shop and work-area in a dorm like setting.

Not a bad deal for an out-of-town guy that has limited funds.
They work early in the morning than head to lessons.

Same way many of the guys selling newspapers in europe in the streets are often overseas students making a bit on the side.

Despicable what they did and they will be locked up for it.

    Hmm:

Yahoo’s 1-seg Widget is for Windows PCs with digital TV tuners

Seems to be software enhanced to the standard signal/functions that the digital TV tuner provides.

    Ambrosia.

I have a lovely and healthy 7yr old son, we live on the 5th floor with a luvely roof-terrace.

Funnily enough most Millions and Millions of kids grow up in high-rises and nothing happens to them. And Many of those are left alone at one time or another.

You are over-reacting and sound exactly like someone that has read tons of books on raising kids but never done it themselves.

Not need to count my Lucky Stars as my son has been trained and taught from a very young age what he can do and what he can't.

    Anyhow have a good day.

If you don't understand yet than I doubt that I can make you understand.

From your posts I might assume that you haven't got kids yet yourself(correct me if wrong).

One thing I am worried with the off-shore drilling is the cost of doing so.

Lots of oil, gold, diamond fields, etc get abandoned even though they still contain the mined good but the cost of extraction makes it not feasable.

So I would like to see a cost-study if the oil extracted from those fields would be cheaper or of equal price to imported oil.

    Helter Skelter.

Aren't you forgetting all the non-muslim europeans, latin-americans, asians, etc that can also be considered terrorists and a danger to your nation.

Nah, I think the list should include anyone except for legal and atleast 4th~5th generation american citizens.

    Cleo.

Stop making sense and being reasonable. Guys and gals here already tried and judged her just so that they can continue their favorite past-time.

    Which is slamming other people.

You might get a surprise that a child under your "supervision" having an "accident"(as you call it) is actually neglect too.
