If I am recuritment consultant, I will strongly recommed about that training. Chinese athletes have to train long and harsh hours for the glorious moment of Olympic victory too.
Chinese parents dreamed about their Children success in the future. Some parents like martial art or fitness instructors . A chile grown up with Cebral Parsy will be a huge burden for family and society. If the training makes him stronger and fitter, it should be encouraged. No pain no gain.

Most of the foreign carers were unemployed in their homeland. They are unskilled and have very little hopes for getting the full time employment. Someone who want to work in the Age care industry, they need to be trained , passing the assessment and improve their communication skills. That regulation existed not only in Japan, many developed nations like north America, Europe and Australia or New Zealand. Becoming the Japanese resident and getting stable employment is a golden opportunity for them.
Aged care is not a rocket science however one mistake can cause someone nightmare and unending suffering. High level of accuracy and attention is paramount for that industry. Besides that they were not forced to come to Japan for training and employment. It was their choice for coming and working here. Therefore they have to be grateful for once in life time opportunity.

They are cute,young, good looking and involved in charity events. In my knowledge, AK 47 was a automatic riffle. Therefore these girls are hot as AK 48 guns. However Korean band girls generation are competing with them for larger slice of market. They may be younger than Japanese band. In the future, one band will only survive for a long term. History has showed not many girls band has survived for a long time. Such as Austalia girlfriend, Myanmar Venus and etc. Only Spice girls of UK has longevity.

Bush is nothing more than spoiled son of rich man. He avoided draft during the Vietnam war. His dad was a powerful congress man therefore he got a special treatment. He has never fought in the front line in his life time. However he used to say "bring it on". He prematurely announced the ** Mission Accomplished **in his comedian speech. After his speech, more US marines were slaughtered like birds.His popular nick name is Chicken Hawk who is loud and arrogant in nature not in the real action!
However I have more respect and admiration to Bush daddy who served in Second World War. His daddy pilot license was also legitimate. According my knowledge, Bush did not have enough flight hours for qualifying as pilot. He was a AWOL and never attended the classes regularly. He got some **Attention Deficit Disorder **when he was a trainee pilot. Somehow, he got a pilot license in the mysterious circumstances.
Once he proudly boosted to students as "Even you are class C students, you too can be president of the United States. No wonder US got broke after his term. I have no objection about fair trial for him even he was a former president. He had so much blood in his hand. Bring the equal justice!

Most of the celebrities own dogs. If they are vegans, they are not fully vegans because their dogs are not! While I am having the vegetables, my dog will chew bones of some animals. It makes me feel guilty and biased. Dogs can be wild and can kill other pets too! In the extreme case, the owner will become their target. There is no credibility about dog ownership will makes us healthier! Of course, we need a friendly companion depending on our disability. Such as guide dog for blind people.
In some case, we got asthma and unwanted decease because of our pets. I prefer vegan dogs instead of meat eater.

It is glad to hear that many celebrities became vegans. Although they are rich and famous, they have compassion for suffering of animals. However if they are still wearing walking shoes and using leather bags, they are not 100% vegans. They can be called as semi vegans.
Vegans are nothing new in Asia. Mahayana Buddhist monks of China, Korea and Japan are vegans for hundreds and hundreds of years. India which was a pioneer of Buddhism have to be vegans according the customs. In Phuket of Thai, Thai Chinese has vegetable and fire walking festival for cleansing and purifying their mind and body. However it is only for ten days.
If majority of Chinese, Japanese, Americans, Europeans and Australians will become vegans like Indians, it will save many loving creatures.

Dental professionals will be very happy after seeing that article. That study lacks the credility. There are many elderly survived more than 100 years without teeth such as Okinawa ceturians! The root cause of heart problem was unhealty diet and life style. If someone who will consume low fat, low salt diet and live in stress and pollution free enviroment will have lower risks for heart decease.
North Americans spent fortune for their teeth for both hygene and beauty. However their life expetancy are lower than Japan. Due to the harsh weather and work commitment, they consume more red meat, high calory food and alcohol. Therefore their hearts are blocked by thick layer of fat and they got more heart attacks.

Back in August, Mr Obama was struggling to pay the wages to Marines and public servants. If Congress blocked his request for extending the debt limit beyond $14.3 trillions, he even has no money to pay his bills now. He has to realize that US has to foot the bill for rotating the marines.

Back in 1980, pop singer and actress Moe Moe Yamaguchi married Actor Tomokazu Miura. It was a celebration for Japan despite their age difference. Yamaguchi was 15 when she met Miura who was 24. When they married, she was 20 only. However the gap is not big like Mifune and Takahashi. It is nothing new since Meiji restoration of modern Japan.
When Tom Cruise married Katie Holmes, He was forty something and Kate was only 29. Tom married twice before that. Who cares about their age difference? As far as they are happy and love each other, we have to bless their lasting marriage. Celebrities marriages and love life are different from ordinary people. If they are ordinary couple, they will have more privacy.

There is no glory for this unfair, so boring and uncompetitive match. The match has broken the world record for scoring the huge amount of goals. A bit humiliating and bullying to opponents. Sportsmanship existed. Not a sportswomenship!
Palestinian women team was just under dog. I wonder whether they have ever kicked the ball in any match before.For boxing, Nippon won the US team with penalties by luck. Now they want to show off how good they are! In the reality, they are not!

Japanese like Korean food. However Kimchi is not everyone choice. The smell and taste are nightmares for most of them. Most Koreans like sushi, ramen, sashimi, Kobe beef and tampura too. Japanese manufactured a lot of cars electronic gadgets. Koreans also followed Japanese foot steps. Hyundai and Samsung are success stories and expanding the market share. Both Korean and Japanese history have many influence of Chinese art, literature, culture and language. Physically Korean and Japanese are more identical. They have same grammar too. Chinese are not!
The very sad truth about today is Japanese women crazy about Korean actors such as Bae Yong-joon. On the contrary, Korean women do not care much about Japanese male. Korean Won is moving to south. Japanese Yen is moving to north. Korean exports are more competitive right now. Japanese are losing market share, jobs, idols, patents and women. Korean Won is simply under valued.

They have risked excessively for many failed investments with other people life time saving . They got some rewards with Obama bailed out funds. Their bonuses are not related to their poor performance. For these fortunate bankers, everthing is wine and roses.

China is only an Oasis economy of the the global desert. Without China demand, world wide great depression is inevitable. Whether Chinese tourists and students are rude or polite, the world need their consumption. Remember customer is always right. In return it will generate badly needed jobs and revenue for debt ridden nations. If every nation in the world is broke, Europe and US will get massive job losses, government spending cuts and social unrest. It is unthinkable therefore we have to be grateful for Chinese spending.
At moment, investors are losing faith in the financial market. They needs good news from Europe and US. Most economies of Europe are in deep trouble except Germany. Western style laissez-faire market economy has doomed. They have to adopt the semi controlled economy like China. Without the intervention from authority, market can be wild and out of control.

China has population of more than 1.2 billions. Their middle classes are mushrooming and urbanizing the rural people with modernized infrastructure. As a market, China is so huge, growing and promising. It has a foreign reserve of more than 3 trillions. Therefore it is expanding the economic expansion everywhere.
That achievement has not come overnight. They have restructured and reformed their economy since 1978. It was pain painstakingly touch. Their individual saving and banking regulation are prudent and solid. Militarily China does not match with western nations. They do not waste their resources on military adventures. They controlled their unsustainable population. They have sustained their economic growth for 3 decades. Therefore, debt ridden nations have to realized that their unsustainable lending and spending will not last forever. Besides that some official from Banks and policy makers are fraudulent and corrupted. It is a major root cause of the financial crisis.
At the end, money talk. Money can create the real power of influence.

Japanese women soccer team is toucher and stronger than men soccer team. The players are not making big bucks comparing with male players. Men team also has to win the next world cup too. Japan is an only Asian nation to win the world cup soccer. Cheers for their glory and fighting sprits.

Many posters criticized Japanese seniors unfairly. Some seniors have mild dementia and poor eye sights. Therefore they can not remember who is their neighbors. Besides that some neighbors drank a a lot and partying almost every weekend.
They may want to socialize with gaijins. However they may concern about their health too. If they have a gaijin friend, they have to drink more and have more red meats and fast food. It will cause them more health problem.
Okinawa elderly farmers and fishermen have the good health and long life span. The reason is they did not party with young gaijin soldiers. If they did with them, their life expectancy will be shorter like cherry blossom.

Most of the protesters are illegal Myanmar immigrants who are hopeful for getting the refugee status with political activity. In the reality, they are well off people who can afford to come to Japan. They do not concern much about the economic hardship of people left behind there.

In the reality, the current government wasted a lot of time for news conference. They did not really understand about the disaster relief efforts. When they asked the residents of Fukushima to stay away from disaster zone for at least 30kms, they did not realize that victims have no fuel or sufficient transports to travel.
Bring back the memory of Hurricane Katrina victims who have no cars for traveling. On the contrary to Japan, neighboring China mobilized the military for disaster relief. Their response were fast and lightening. For natural disasters, autocratic government is more useful than democratic government.

Thailand is no longer a paradise for tourists. Many tourist have been murdered by locals recently.
Thai has border clash with Cambodia frequently. A few years ago, major airports were occupied by political activists such as red shirts. When I purchased the VAT free goods from Thai, it has to wait for ages for getting return.
I prefer to visit poorer neighboring nations such as Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam instead of Thailand. Relaxing visa rule will not change the perception as Thailand is unsafe destination.
