    Zoos are cruel and stupid. We have digital technology now and planes we can use to go see animals in the wild. Zoos were invented before these technologies. It is now time to phase out these barbaric jails.

    2050 will be too late. Politicians act like they are doing something with these sorts of ridiculous long-term proposals but it is akin to doing nothing at all. What are the short term targets? More detail please.
